Spotless, well-appointed studio flats just a short, easy walk from the sea & centrevof Parga

A friend & I rented the two first-floor studio flats that Karen & Ilias offer in addition to their beautiful, separate, ground-floor flat with pool (Villa Lithos). Both studios were light and airy, spotlessly clean and well-appointed, with everything you would need, including air conditioning and a large terrace with table & chairs. The shower rooms were great too. One studio is slightly larger than the other, with an adjoining sitting room with sofa, but both are very spacious. The beds were also very comfortable. The decor is neutral and tasteful.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the bustling centre of Parga, yet near good restaurants and grocery stores.
I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation. Karen & Ilias were excellent hosts and my friend & I would both very happily return.

Lovely Villa

This was our 3rd year to Parga and 1st to Villa Lithos and so glad we chose to stay for our 2 week holiday. The Villa was so lovely, clean, plenty storage and well equipped kitchen for making breakfast. The pool is a great addition and lovely to dip in and out to cool off.
There are restaurants nearby and a small beach a couple minutes walk away. It’s about 5 minutes, depending on how fast you walk, to the centre of Parga with plenty of eateries and cocktail bars.
Had a great holiday, as always to Parga and would definitely stay at Villa Lithos.

Returning visit

This is our second visit to Villa Lithos, Parga is our favourite holiday destination, and we love Lithos. The hosts Karen & Illias are very welcoming & make us feel like returning friends. The villa is an absolute gem, in fact it is perfect. The decor is modern, clean, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The villa has everything you need for a self-catering holiday, and of course having the pool is fantastic.
Villa Lithos is located in a quieter part of Parga, and is a short walk to the beach, bars & restaurants.
We would thoroughly recommend a stay at Lithos, you will not be disappointed!

Returning visit

This was our second visit to Villa Lithos . Parga is our favourite holiday destination, and the hosts Karen&Illias make us feel like returning friends. The villa is an absolute gem, the decor is modern&fresh, with everything you need for a relaxing self-catering stay. The pool is of course a fantastic addition, and adds to the enjoyment of the holiday.
The cleaner comes every 3 days, and pool towels are provided. It is located in a quieter part of Parga, and is a short walk to the beach, restaurants& bars.
We would thoroughly recommend Villa Lithos

Best of the best!

Perfect for a couple. Great location - 5 min walk to beach and shops even closer. Roomy, clean and well equipped. Beautifully finished interior and great patio and pool area. Could not recommend highly enough. Will be back. Also, Parga has to be one of the most beautiful seaside locations anywhere in Europe.
