Guest house that has thought of everything!

I would highly recommend Adelfia.
This place has really thought of everything.
The first thing that encounters you when you enter is a welcome gift on the table – snacks, optional drinks and a shopping net. Water stands cold in the fridge, and the coffee machine and kettle are ready.
Then there are the little things we girls notice: a shelf in the bathroom for all our things, hotel slippers, more mirrors, enough clothes hangers and sockets where you actually need them.
Adelfia is located in Parikia, retreated from the mystery down in the harbor, but still so close that you have everything within walking distance.
I think it is the most thoughtful and carried out guest house I have stayed in. Can definitely be recommended

Perfect stay!!

Beautiful hotel and courtyard, great functional mini kitchen and outside terrace for our room. The bed was super comfy and had all amenities needed. Welcome bag, wine bottle and crisps were waiting for us in our room after collecting key from a key safe. Air con works really well. Have lovely cats that we fed in the courtyard! Please carry on feeding them if you stay here. It is a 15 mins walk from the Port, beautiful walk along the beach to get to a huge selection of restaurants and really close to Secret Garden for breakfast (incredible). Loads of space outside for cars and ATVs.

Wonderful stay at Adelfia Studios! ☀️

Everything was perfect all around: super clean, loving details like candy, welcome gift and a nice tote bag. We particularly liked the self-designed guide with great tips and the large Paros map in the hallway.
The location is great, the garden in the evening just magical, and beach towels can be borrowed quite easily. The self-check-in went smoothly – all information arrived in time via mail & WhatsApp.
Our studio was stylishly decorated, with Nespresso machine, comfortable beds and lots of loving details. And not to forget: Blacky ⍀���, the secret star!
A big thank you – we would love to come back!

Charming studios & lovely hostesses

We spend a week at Adelfia studios. The hostesses are very friendly and eagerly help with every question or request. The studios are well equipped and nicely designed. In very short walking distance you will reach beaches and restaurants.

Wonderful Stay at Adelfia Studios

I recently spent a week at Adelfia Studios in Paros with friends, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. We stayed in Studio 16, which was spacious and beautifully designed with two double bedrooms and a large kitchen table. The entire property exudes the charm of traditional Greek architecture, with a serene atmosphere that’s enhanced by the lovely courtyard and old olive trees.
Our studio had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare breakfast or a quick snack. While cooking is definitely possible, we found it unnecessary as there are fantastic tavernas just a short walk away, right by the beach.
I also worked remotely for a few days and had no issues with the WiFi—it was stable and perfect for getting some work done.
What really stood out to me, though, were the incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. Communication was smooth, and we even received some lovely Greek treats as a welcome gift!
I would highly recommend Adelfia Studios to anyone visiting Paros. It was a wonderful stay, and I can’t wait to return!
