10 out of 10 for our family vacation!
We had an amazing stay at Casa Di Roma. We had a family room that was just up from the main office/breakfast area and pool. The pool area was stunning. Truly a hidden oasis. The hotel is situated 5 minutes from amazing restaurants, an excellent ATV rental shop, a mini market. The room was equipped with a mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer. It had a beautiful spacious patio with a table and chairs and a drying rack. They provided us with pool towels as well as plenty of shower towels. The beds were comfy after long days exploring the island. We couldn't find the plug for the tv, but we also didn't ask for assistance with that, cause who needs a tv when you're in Paros? The wifi was inconsistent, but again, not a problem, because we spent more time enjoying the hotel or the island than we did on a phone. We absolutely loved our stay, the staff was some of the best we've ever had. Kind, warm, friendly. The breakfast was simple but their yogurt hit the spot every morning, my son enjoyed their cake and there was plenty of toast options. Overall this was a perfect choice for our family! If we return to Paros, we will book here again! There's no other option in our opinion.

Definitely come here for your trip to Paros!
We absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely be looking at rebooking for our next time in Paros. It’s set in a really lovely location, set back a little from the main bay but still in a very easy walking distance to the port and restaurant and bars. Literally within 10 minutes you will be at the port, 5 minute and you are in the heart of the lanes. Couldn’t have asked for a better location.
The facilities are very nice as well. The pool is a good size and there are enough sun beds and chairs for everyone to enjoy. It never feels too busy here which makes it feel that bit nicer as you can be fully relaxed. Our room was lovely as well. We had two showers which worked perfectly well. The room was very well styled with a lovely balcony which overlooked the garden. The balcony felt very private as well which again made everything feel very boutique. There are also these beautiful murals around the hotel which again just give it such a warm and inviting feel.
The staff were fantastic, incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions and recommendations for places to go around Parikia. They were very helpful in lending us beach towels free of charge which was a nice touch. They had great service at the bar and there was a dog in the office which was very very cute. We also got a free upgrade which was again very kind and we were very grateful for.
This was the first stop on our honeymoon and we will definitely miss this place. Everything has been incredible and we can’t wait to come back. This place is a real treasure and for the price as well you can’t beat it.

Lack of flexibility in an exceptional situation
I am not reviewing the hotel itself, as I never had the opportunity to stay there. My review is about how this situation was handled.
I booked a non-refundable room because the booking platform displayed four rooms as available, and my intention was to book all four rooms for our group. Had the platform shown that only one room was actually available, I would not have made any reservation and we would simply have chosen another hotel.
As a result of this issue, I was left with a single room. I’ve contacted the hotel two times, asking whether an exception could be made, especially since there is still plenty of time before our planned stay in end of August and the room could potentially be offered to other guests.
Unfortunately, the hotel declined every request. While I understand that non-refundable policies exist, I was disappointed that no flexibility was shown despite the unusual circumstances and the fact that this situation arose because I was trying to book four rooms for the same group.
I had hoped for a more customer-oriented approach and a willingness to find a fair solution.

Very nice and calm place just a few meters away from the beach and city. We had a great time. Some longer pool times would have been great, else spotless.
