Stunning View and Ideal Location
Our family of four recently stayed at your hotel in Tripoli, and we had a truly enjoyable experience. The suite we booked was spacious and provided enough room for everyone to relax comfortably. The view from our suite was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the city and its surroundings. This added a magical touch to our stay.
While we found the breakfast to be fair, we would have appreciated a wider variety of options. The quality of the food was decent, but additional choices would have made it even better. Perhaps considering incorporating more diverse and healthier options for guests with varying preferences.

Never going back here
We reserved this hotel when visiting nafplio and upon arrival found the place entirely deserted, despite our having a confirmed reservation for the night and having already paid. The gate was locked and the phone number on the gate didn't work. We finally tried the number on the booking and had to request the assistance of a cafe worker next door, as the hotel staff didn't really understand English. After a lot of back and forth, the hotel asked if we could wait an hour for someone to come out to check us in. It was late at this point so we opted for a different place.

One of the better hotels in Miloi
We stayed there for 3 nights in July. The manager (Effie) was very professional and attentive to our needs. She made sure we were comfortable. The rooms are clean and the bathroom in our room was small. Bed was comfortable and our room was serviced daily. Security was good too. Breakfast was good and the staff catered for requests outside the standard menu. Would and will stay there again. The town comes alive at night with great taverns just a walking distance from the hotel. Great beach just a stone throw from the hotel. Our room also had a clothes washing machine which is an added bonus

NO value for money
I would advise you definitely NOT to visit Palataki Residence.
The rooms are very expensive and the decoration is awful.
The bathrooms are very small.
The rooms are not clean (there was dust under the chairs and spider nests in the corners).
But most of all, the staff and their behavior is UNACCEPTABLE.
I would NEVER visit that place again.

Και μόνο από αυτά που γράφονται φαίνεται ότι υπάρχει κακή προδιάθεση λόγω αντιπαράθεσης. Δυστυχώς στο χώρο μας υπάρχουν και τα κακόβουλα άτομα.
