Pleasantly surprised
Pleasantly surprised Location is great central to everything Short steep slope to enter the hotel and then quite a few steps to reach the rooms. Rooms basic but large only thing I would suggest is the move the safe. It’s at the top of a large wardrobe if you are 6ft you could just about reach it without a stool
Bed is very comfortable - room cleaning could be better as shower screen and bathroom door (both glass) were not cleaned properly or at all. Lots of clean towels
Staff are friendly but not over friendly
Pool very small. Lots of sunbeds and the owners are strict on no reserving beds or towels out before 9am which is great Would I stay here again yes if the price is as good as I got this time

Brilliant location, lovely people, fab hotel
Wow. What a beautiful hotel. Freddie the Manager was lovely and very helpful. Rooms are fantastic. Really large, Modern and very clean. Cleaner is a lovely girl. So thorough. Location is breathtaking, could not be closer to the best restaurants in Tsivili. Nice pool but quite deep so takes a while to warm up but sunbeds are plentiful and strict no towels till 9am. Brekkie is fine if you are normal (im gluten free, milk free and decaff) . There was scrambled eggs and beans, cheese and ham plus toast etc which was fine for hubby but I had to buy almond milk, decaff coffee and gluten free bread. To be fair, not a huge deal as breakfast is thrown in with the room price. I would definitely book again. Loved it. €10 Air con per night but you can have your balcony door open which is a lovely breeze minus the mozzies. Safe and tax for the week was €70. I'm already looking to go back and book again! Loved it!!

Great location but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end
We were disappointed with our stay. This hotel has an excellent location and the rooms have potential, but unfortunately the standard of the hotel and the attitude we experienced on our final morning left a lot to be desired.
The rooms are a good size and modern, but storage is seriously lacking. There wasn’t a single drawer in the room, which made it difficult to unpack and keep things organised
The bathroom was disappointing too. The shower head holder for the smaller attachment was broken. We reported this to staff upon arrival, but it was never fixed, meaning I had to hold the shower attachment myself whenever showering my 7 year old daughter. There was also a considerable amount of rust around the bathroom door handle, along with sludgy brown debris around the outer base of the sink where it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly.
The bed linen and towels were clean, but extremely poor quality and very much in need of replacement. They were grey, rough and visibly very worn.
Breakfast was very basic and, in our opinion, questionable, so we ended up eating out or buying pastries and coffee from a local bakery instead.
The pool is another area that needs attention. It is very small and getting a sun lounger after around 9:45am was virtually impossible. The depth of the pool is also worth mentioning. If you’re under 5ft 4 and don’t want to spend your entire time actively swimming, then this pool isn’t ideal for you. Once you’re off the two or three steps leading in, you’re straight into deep water.
The pool bar prices were also quite astonishing. I bought two small cans of Diet Coke, which cost €8. I appreciate that hotel and pool bars have an uplift, but €8 for two small cans felt excessive and, unfortunately, was the first and last time we bought drinks there.
However, our biggest disappointment came on our final morning.
Our young daughter had been sick after reacting to some medication, so we asked a couple of hours in advance, if we could extend our check out by just one hour from the extremely early and, in our opinion, ridiculous 10am check out time. We simply wanted somewhere cool and comfortable for her to rest, as there is no communal area with air conditioning. We were told this wasn’t possible because guests were arriving and the room was required.
We have since been told by family members who are still staying at the hotel that, more than 24 hours after we arrived home, that our room still had not been reallocated.
If that is correct, then we were given a reason for refusing a very reasonable one hour request that simply does not appear to have been true. Given the circumstances involving our sick child, we found this particularly poor and extremely disappointing customer service.
It really is a huge shame. The location is fantastic, the rooms are modern and spacious, and with some investment, better maintenance and considerably more attention to the guest experience, this could be a very good hotel.
Unfortunately, the positives were outweighed by the negatives during our stay.
We won’t be returning, and based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend

First time in Zante.
We had room 23. The Balcony is poor and not really suitable to use. There is no view and it was like a greenhouse.On a more positive note towels are changed every day and the staff are very attentive and helpful. The cleaning is good too being attended to daily. The room is modern but lacking in Storage a set of drawers sometimes would be great for storage,most of our clothes had to be put onto the spare bed .

Great location
For a single woman staying at the hotel, I felt very safe.
Perfect location for restaurants & bars & only a slight slope to the hotel entrance.
Room was near to reception but I didn’t hear any noise.
Room basic but spacious, clean,, nice bathroom & shower. Worth paying for air con.
A nice touch might have been hand soap & maybe coffee/tea.
Breakfast is limited but suited me.
I didn’t use the pool much at all but did notice you had to get there early for a lounger (people still reserved towels).
