Great location and fun for kids

This place is exactly the same as on photos,so you will face no unpleasant surprises. Everything is very clean. The rooms are small, but the yard is big enough for everyone, and the kids can run around and play. We stayed at the studio with two kids and had a great time. Eva is pleasant and kind, and she saved studio for us even though our car broke down while we were traveling, so we were three days late. There is no kitchen in the studio, but there are hot plates for fast meals, coffee machine, fridge and utensils. Special touch is a welcoming present in the fridge, water , coffee,and few things so you can make a nice breakfast. There is a barbecue in the yard, but it would be nice if there was a sink or some better place to wash dishes than an outdoor faucet. Cleaning is done daily, sheets and towels are changed every second day. Location is great, pebble Pefkari beach is close, and never crowded. There are few beach bars, at some you just pay drinks and get sunbeds, on some you pay for sunbeds separately, but there is also a lot of free space to use. Big supermarket is close, as well as Potos town if you wish to walk, shop, or visit nice tavernas.

excellent location

Eva' Paradise is an excellent location in Pefkari, Thassos. The hosts are nice and were very welcoming. The rooms are clean. We enjoyed our stay. For sure we will recommend this place to our family and friends.

A relaxing "paradise"

The rooms were very nice, with new furniture and appliances to prepare a good breakfast. The garden was great, very big (with a lot of grass) and had a linden tree that smelt beautiful. The host was very friendly. It has 5 rooms, it's ideal for 5 couples.. with or without kids (they have a playground). There were tables and chairs in the garden were you could relax enjoying a piece of watermellon. I would return to this place every summer if I'll have the chance.

Very nice place for a small family.

The rooms are very clean and the furniture is new and cosy. Every two days the sheets are changed and refill for the coffee, soaps, etc..
A very nice touch is that you have toast, butter, honey and some marmelade, and a free wine bottle. Also, you have a coffee maker and a free coffee daily.
The yard is big, clean, and a lot of plants.
The AC system is not a cheap one and that means that is quiet and efficient.
Big plus for the bathroom which is very nice.
The place is perfect for a family with one kid, and I really recommend it. The place is not that perfect for teen couples because usually will be another families with kids there and this means that it might be kind of noisy.

Çok güzel bir tatil

Eva nın yeri çok çok temiz..odalar büyüklük olarak ideal..odalar tertemiz..odaların tasarımı hem cok güzel hem de zarif..eva cok ilgili ve yardımcı..fiyatına gore harika bir yer..sanki yazlıgımızda gibi hissettik..bahçesi de harika..kesinlikle tavsiye ederim..hele de cocuklu aileler için süper...bahçede cocuklar özgürce oynuyorlar...her sene buratı tercih edebiliriz
