A warm night in the cold Vronterro

Excellent hospitality from the owner Vago, gladly satisfied our wishes and contributed to a beautiful evening our company of eight people.

Wonderful hospitality from Mr. Vaios
He took care of us more than anything we needed!!
The rooms were clean, had a very good temperature and wonderful decoration

A gem in the heart of Prespes

I stayed on the new year's eve with some Friends. Vaios and his wife made us feel very comfortable. Their establishment is very well maintained, actually it is restored very recently, it is very warm for the cold winter days and it has a homy decor with wooden floors and artisan furnitures. The hotel is situated in the heart of the village Vrontero which is a laid back village in the area of Prespes. Vaios and his wife provide breakfast, meals and dinner on request. Actually they try to accommodate all sorts of requests. I will highly recommend it.

Excellent, small hotel in the heart of the Prespes National Park

I was taken here by friends on a recent visit to Northern Greece. Al Monte is the recently-restored old family home of the owner, Baios Boutasis, and his Italian wife at the very end of the road in the village of Vrondero (accent on the final o). It's a bit like staying in a farmyard, I mean the village, not the hotel! The owners are friendly and caring, the rooms and beds, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The central heating was working well. I've never had a better night's sleep. There's nowhere to eat in the village, so Mrs Boutasis prepared a great supper for us. The village is a good place from which to walk in the forest. Birds, animals, plants, flowers and trees, some rare and endangered, can be seen and photographed. Unfortunately, like in many of the neighbouring villages, the inhabitants have moved away. Nearby are the two Prespa lakes, wonderful Byzantine churches, pretty villages, and an abundance of wildlife. A truly good place to stay.

Excellent choice

A traditional and cosy place to stay. Vaios, the owner is a really nice person. This place is highly recommended for those that want to relax. In a small distance by car you can reach psarades and ag. Germanos.
