A fantastic oasis with world-class personal service!
We (me, my 16-year-old daughter, my 18-year-old son, and his girlfriend) chose this hotel because of its beautiful architecture, lovely garden, and above all, the highly positive reviews about the staff. We were looking for a quieter spot in Greece surrounded by beautiful nature – and we were not disappointed! One specific review, by user Voyager58596209837, was especially meaningful to me and was something I could relate to. It is a stunningly beautiful hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Everyone is truly super nice.
Some of the highlights of our stay:
Room Upgrade: My daughter and I received a room upgrade, which was a very pleasant surprise.
Exceptional Service: The staff genuinely goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and accommodate requests. For instance, we wanted to watch the World Cup in the restaurant after closing hours, and they let us watch the games – even the match that aired at 5:00 AM!
Food & Drink: The hotel offers delicious food at reasonable prices. A tip is to ask for the vegetarian carbonara; it’s not on the menu, but they were more than happy to make it for us. They have their own windbrand and cocktails are not overpriced.
The Location: It’s a bit secluded, but there is a mini-market and a restaurant within walking distance (as a hotel guest, you even get a discount at the restaurant).
Excursions & Transport: There are bus connections to Kanali and Preveza. With help from the staff, we were also able to take the bus to Parga, and they gladly assist with booking taxis. Don't miss visiting the Zalongo Monument – the view from up there is breathtaking! Paxos and Antipaxos Boat Tour also highly recommended.
Pool & Beach: The pool area is very cozy with plenty of space available at all times, and the same goes for the beach located just nearby.
Shopping and dining: Preveza is much cheaper than Parga. But Parga is a must because it is so beautiful.
The wonderful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made our vacation absolutely perfect. We highly recommend this hotel!

Very disappointed experience!
This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had.
We specifically booked and paid for a sea view room. On the day of our arrival, I even called the hotel because I wanted to make absolutely sure that our room had a sea view. I was clearly reassured over the phone that it did and was told not to worry.
When we arrived, we were shocked. The room overlooked the swimming pool and a large wall. The sea was barely visible, and describing this room as having a "sea view" was, in our opinion, misleading.
What disappointed us even more was the attitude of the owner at the reception. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering a reasonable solution, she insisted that this was a sea view room and showed no willingness to understand our concerns. We felt that our complaint was dismissed rather than taken seriously.
The hotel itself also did not meet our expectations for a 4-star property. In our opinion, the facilities, the room quality, and the overall standard were much closer to a 3-star hotel.
The situation became so frustrating that we decided we could not stay there. After spending almost two hours trying to resolve the issue, we left the hotel. Fortunately, Booking.com intervened, reached an agreement with the hotel, and we received a full refund.
A holiday starts with trust, and unfortunately that trust was broken from the moment we arrived. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a genuine sea view room or professional customer service.

Really enjoyable for some R & R
So we booked this hotel via Jet2, we hadn't seen many reviews so took a chance, so glad we did.
Transfer wise, around 40 min from Preveza, one of the first drop offs, easy check in on arrival and checked into our room which is perfectly adequate, roomy and had free air con. Bigger balcony, most look as though they have sea view albeit some more partial.
Breakfast was okay, bacon, eggs, small sausage, tomatoes and breads / cereals etc. plus coffee and tea and cold drinks.
The pool area is nice with plenty of loungers, some in the sun and plenty of shaded areas if like me you are a shade bather . There are snacks available from 11 to 5pm, mostly toasties, pizza, sandwiches and salads. Dependent on your palate, you may choose to eat plenty there as the tavernas nearby are slightly samey as regards options.
The beach is lovely, rarely crowded and there are free beds and umbrellas, you just have to unlock them as occasionally, nearby campers will try and take them. The sea can be quite choppy due to a refreshing on shore breeze, this also meant a number of kite surfers appear in the afternoon, looks like it's a popular spot for it. Never an issue I add. The sea however was great for either a calming swim in the morning or a choppier bit of swim time pm.
Nearby restaurants offer mostly meat or fish, my wife being vegetarian found zorbas and Bouka offered the better variety, both within a 10 min walk. Kanali is further away with more options, we chose to get a taxi but there is a bus running 3 times daily. Also took a trip to Preveza which is great for people watching! A lot busier but found some really nice bars and restaurants away from the marina strip.
I do want to shout out the staff at Nepheli, nothing ever a bother and friendly all the time and happy to help with any queries, Panos in particular was super friendly and attentive.
Big thanks as well to the boss that made a mistake on the room booking and inadvertently booked a suite for us, a welcome boo boo that we graciously appreciated, these suites are amazing if you want to upgrade!

Great for relaxation and tranquility
Really lovely hotel and staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel is quiet and quiet. Breakfast was fine by Greek standard, and their food in the restaurant was really good. Unfortunately, they only offer food until 18:00, as the hotel is relatively far from restaurants and a little bit of evening life. In contrast, the location is perfect in relation to the beach, where the hotel offers free sun loungers. The beach is lovely and not crowded, so it is nice peaceful. The hotel's pool is also lovely with comfortable sun loungers. Since the hotel is not so big, there was really good space at the pool. We had it virtually for ourselves on our departure day. Overall a really lovely stay. It would be nice if there was the possibility of renting bicycles or scooters at the hotel, to take in to Kanali, but the bus goes right outside the hotel. However, you have to take a taxi home as the last bus leaves quite early. We gave 5 Euro from Canali and 25 from Preveza

Beautiful external disappointment internally..
While the hotel just sees it in combination with the location it predisposes for a great stay this is unfortunately excluded from the room... extremely small (for 2 adults and a child 4 years old), very small bathroom (without having anything to put your things on), air conditioning without performance (the small room did not work at all), breakfast does not correspond to a 4-star hotel with nothing!! The staff polite and willing, or pool ok.Overall goes with other expectations and unfortunately disappointed..
