Great family-run hotel, ideal for exploring Rethymno

stayed here recently as a solo traveler. The hotel is family-run and the management was very friendly and attentive to my requests. The location is excellent: right in the center with shops for everything you need just outside, and only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town, museums, and restaurants. Despite the central location, my room was back-facing and very quiet. The room was well-equipped with everything needed and kept very clean. Highly recommended for a reliable and convenient stay.

Excellent and budget hotel, in the most central point of Rethymnon!

Clean, budget hotel, in the center, with very good breakfast. The room is pleasant and the air conditioning very good. The location is excellent. It overlooks the garden of Rethymnon and while in the center, you can hear the sounds of the birds and the tizziki of the garden! The gate of the old town is behind the hotel, which greatly facilitated our evening walks in the old town on foot, as the hotel is next to all the shops! It is a family business, with very kind and kind people, which made our stay easy. I booked a room directly and it was more economical than in search engines. I will definitely prefer it again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful newly renovated hotel

Kipos Hotel was the perfect home base for our stay in Rethymno. Although it's conveniently located near the town and port, the rooms are so well insulated that I was never disturbed by any outside noise — I slept peacefully every night.
The rooms were recently renovated with beautiful wooden accents, and everything smelled fresh and clean. I especially appreciated the elevator, which made transporting luggage easy. The bathroom was impressively spacious — I even had enough room to do yoga in the shower!
Customer service was truly exceptional. After checking out and traveling to another island three hours away, I realized I had accidentally left behind some valuable jewelry. The owner went above and beyond to help — they found a courier service and ensured the items were safely delivered to me. I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness and effort.
Oh and they are located directly above and bakery that is phenomenal..
Kipos Hotel is now one of my favorite places to stay, and I’ll absolutely return to Rethymno just to stay here again!

EXCELLENT OPTION

Rooms, location and staff are all top quality.
The rooms are modern, comfortable and very well equipped, ours had a large south facing balcony. Sound insulation is excellent, nothing heard from the main road outside.
The staff were always friendly and very professional.
Location is excellent on the edge of the old town.
Strongly recommended.

Cozy, οικονομικό και καλά τοποθετημένο

Οικονομικό ξενοδοχείο στο καταλληλότερο σημείο του Ρεθύμνου. Cozy , άνετο με φροντίδα, με δωρεάν καφεδάκι το πρωι σε ένα ωραίο κελάρι. Οικονομικό αλλά πλήρως ανακαινισμένο. Καλά επιπλωμένο. Μπροστά ένας δημοτικός κήπος που θυμίζει Ευρωπαϊκής μεγαλουπόλεως, πίσω η παλιά πόλη . Στα 10 μέτρα η κεντρική πλατεία με όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι, δίπλα σε στάση του αστικού λεωφορείου που σε πάει παντού στην πόλη.
