Great little place to stay

We had an amazing stay at Casa de La Sera. Our host Katerina could not do enough for us. Our room was compact but perfect for what we needed as a base to explore the old town. Excellent air conditioning! Decor was lovely with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. Very centrally located with shops, restaurants and pubs all within walking distance. Breakfast is a basic but varied continental option with plenty of teas, coffees and juice. I’d recommend paying the extra for a terrace for the space.

Keep away

The experience was worse than bad. The room was cramped, rather unpleasent, lacking air and with a bed that had a matlas likely to be dating back to the start of the business decades ago.
An attempt to highlight the inadequacy of the bed for a place hosting against payment moved the owner to an histerical scene forcing us to move from the place the day before leaving to go home at 4 a.m. in the morning.
Never experienced such a crazy situation and inappropriate management I would suggest to keep away from the place.
Lovely that moving from there we found a great, welcoming, comfortable small hotel nearby and could still say goodbye to Rhodes with a smile a nice memories.

Nice, romantic family hotel

Very nice little family hotel in the old town, beautiful atmosphere and nice restaurants right outside inn the parallel street. Very quiet.
And the girl who runs everything is so nice and helpful, just ask and she will do her best to help you with a great smile.

Perfect location, wonderful service

Perfect location - very close to the main part of Old Town but just far enough to make it quiet. Also it’s near one of the gates so you can get dropped off by taxi and it’s less than two minutes walk
Very comfortable room (just be aware that there are steps !). Katarina looked after us so well - so helpful and nothing was too much trouble - she was absolutely superb throughout the stay
Great breakfast (yoghurt and nuts with honey, boiled eggs, fresh rolls with meat and cheese, muffins and great coffee!)
Would recommend and definitely stay there again

A wonderful holiday in a heavenly place!

We have very fond memories of our stay at Casa De La Sera this year. First of all - great service, very nice, friendly and helpful. Just great people! Secondly - wonderful, atmospheric rooms with everything that is needed for a tired tourist. Third - great location - charming romantic street behind the Old Town wall - everything you need is "next door". Now, when autumn has come and it is getting cold in Poland, we really like to think back to our stay at the Casa De La Sera hotel on the island of Rhodes. Those wonderful warm nights, cats walking in the streets, lanterns and wonderful big-villas growing at the entrance of our favorite hotel.
