Absolutely awful. Avoid.

so I’ve arrived at the hotel a was told the room I should be in was overbooked, I was then told that id be “upgraded” for the first night. I left my things in my room and when I come back after food there was a leak from the ceiling which had left a huge puddle on the floor, I then noticed a cockroach as well. I notified the staff at the front and they tried to brush it off as if it was only small. I then asked them to come a see and they said I’d be alright for the night. I then asked her who would be at fault if i was to trip on the wet floor as it was a big puddle , she shrugged and said let me speak to my manager. After that she came back a said she would send house keeping. We had to wait an hour an a half for house keeping to come which we had planned to go back out. By the time house keeping had come I had used a hotel towel to try to amend it as I assumed they wasn’t coming. We was then left in that room an offered no compensation for the inconvenience or apology. Their was also a few other things wrong with the room including the holes in the wall, mold on the doors etc which I have pictures off. The day after we moved room and upon entering the new room the balcony door wouldn’t lock, the chair outside was broken and the shower didn’t have a bracket to hold the shower head. We was also close to the elevator which would get slammed open at all hours of the night so sleeping was very difficult. Avoid.

Bad Attitudes. No Customer Service Here

The staff at the reception had a really bad attitude. Whenever I asked them for assistance on something they blatantly were not interested in helping. It was a 'Not My Problem' attitude.
Also, the hotel has a building site next to it at present, I blame Love Holidays for putting customers there in the 1st place

Hotel to avoid absolutely

Dirty hotel, do not change the sheets and if they change are dirty, the pool does not nesiste, and in the food you find insects, the light goes out all the time, both for the single rooms and for the entire hotel and after only 4 days of stay the fuse blew.

hallucinating

shocking experience...dirty, dilapidated hotel and rude staff especially the 2 girls at the reception,,,,I stayed 6 days...they gave me a room in the basement,,,smell of mould,,,in the bathroom a small bar of soap and a tiny bottle of bubble bath in the small patio that led to the pool, dead insects, leaves and cigarettes,,,but the worst was when THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CLEANING OF BOTH THE BATHROOM AND THE ROOM...including the making of the beds was every 3 days for of which on the 4th, I stayed for 6 days so on Sunday they changed my bed and towels but they didn't clean my room, patio or bathroom, and when I went to complain the very rude receptionists called me (these are the rules) I called the site where I had booked and things got worse there... in the hotel they saw me as the nag on duty... anyway a couple who were with me at the Parthenon left in despair after 2 days.
I heartily advise you not to go there....otherwise you will ruin your holidays
