Best hotel in Rhodes
We recently stayed at the Mediterranean Hotel in Rhodes, Greece, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel was immaculate, with spotless rooms and beautifully maintained facilities throughout.
The location is unbeatable—directly opposite Elli Beach and within easy walking distance of the casino, the port, Rhodes Old Town, the New Town, and many of the island's main attractions. It really is the perfect base for exploring Rhodes.
What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional service. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. A special thank you goes to Nectarios at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our holiday even more special. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help with anything we needed truly stood out.
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend the Mediterranean Hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes. We look forward to returning in the future!

I don’t know what’s worse staff or food
My friend and I recently stayed in this hotel for a week, I found the location to be very ideal as you are close to the old town and the beach is right across the road. The rooms were also very nice and modern, there was no need for an adapter to charge our phone which was very handy. But on the other hand the food was not good at all, there wasn’t much options and they served the bare minimum, at dinner you have to pay for water which we found unfair as there was a water dispenser in the room. We also found the staff to be very uninterested, unhelpful, rude and very dismissive. There was also a linger smell in reception that wasn’t very appealing, we have no idea what the smell was it could have been uncleanliness or just in need of air fresheners, but regardless it was not nice. I will not be returning to this hotel unless the food gets better and the staff get nicer.

Food is horrible
Considering it’s a 5 star hotel the experience didn’t meet that standard. The biggest problem was the food the hotel buffet was nothing short of flavourless and boring and the waiters seemed like they couldn’t be any less interested. The service as a whole wasn’t exactly friendly or proper customer service skills. The hotels pool seemed very small so we didn’t bother but due to the amazing location of the hotel the beach is right outside the door. However, the rooms were very nice and were cleaned daily by the cleaners with fresh towels and new sheets every day. I wouldn’t say that this hotel is worth the value that we paid which is a shame because in such an ideal location. Overall, I will definitely come back to Rhodes but won’t be returning to this hotel.

Recommend- Great room and food is amazing.

Helpful and friendly staff, sometimes a bit unprofessional for 5 star.
Good quality room, nice bathroom, amazing view.
Food-
Great range of options, tasty and eat as much as you want.
Overall-
Clean, good Air conditioning
1 negative point- no smart TV- TV was Satellite only, no good options, no apps, no movie channel. No Bluetooth option for phone/ tablet. For 5 star hotel not good enough. Even 3 star hotel has this.
Would recommend

Honest review
A 5 star hotel in name only and probably for the maximum tourist tax.
The beach is very rocky, you need special shoes.
Small, dusty rooms, cleaning is done superficially during the rest hours, 2-4pm. Good food but repetitive every evening with small exceptions. Tired, bored waiters and the head waiter very rude.
I paid the bill with him and he didn't tell his waitress who thought we left without paying, he probably took the money and when I confronted the waitress about the situation he acted like a fool.
Rhodes, like the island, is wonderful.
