This is such a special find that exceeded my expectations. From the moment of booking to even a while after leaving, the owner responded quickly to all messages and was so helpful.
The property is beautiful, truly luxurious at an unbelievable price. It is better than the photos show and the location has the most fantastic view of Caldera. It is close to everything but nestled down in a quiet set of cliffside alleyways looking straight out over the best Caldera view. A real oasis of calm when Fira can be so busy and hectic and what a feeling to have the view from the private terrace at sunset!
We stayed in the honeymoon suite, as a family (2x adults, 2x children). There is now an indoor plunge pool instead of the bath pictured and it was wonderful, a real treat.
The room was so clean, well maintained and comfortable. Everything worked as it should and was of excellent quality.
I was a little nervous booking this place as so many other similar looking properties charge multiple times the price. I am so delighted I took the chance. I would stay here again and again. We were made to feel so welcome and leave with amazing memories. We hope to return in future and will recommend to anyone visiting.

Verry helpfull personnell, verry tentative and keeping you updated as well as asking if anything is needed. Rooms newly renovated and verry nice and clean. The view of the sunset from the roof terrace was amazing. No need to go to Oia to watch the sunset amongst a crowd. Also a verry nice place to have a breakfast and watching the views of the Caldera. Sunbeds on the roof terrace are of high quality. Beds in the room are also great and a spacious bathroon. The honeymoon suite also had an unexpected plunge pool. All on all a good pick for a place to stay in Santorini.

Absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous, clean room, cleaned daily, with one of the best views in Santorini. The property manager Fotina was especially amazing, ensuring daily I had everything I needed. AC was great, room was able to be warm or as cold as I needed. So great I extended 2 nights. Highly recommend the stay.

The view was spectacular! The location was good and the room was clean. The bathtub had no hot water to it and the water leaked out all over the floor. The AC worked well and the patio was good. Had to ask numerous times for housekeeping even though it says daily. The housekeeping was excellent but only came once in a three night stay. Asked multiple times for fresh towels as they were damp. Only got one set of fresh towels the whole stay. Tried to communicate these issues to the staff whom we never saw and they did not reply. They did arrange a pick up from the ferry upon arrival which was nice.
