Black Coast Hotel, Santorini
Hi All,
Our stay was for one full week, We arrived late, around 9:30pm
To have the Manager waiting for us, (lovely fella)
The Hotel is small, but cosy & very Clean.
The rooms are big enough, with small kitchenette,
We loved the decoration in the rooms (we had two on the 1st floor)
We had the pool mostly to ourselves most of the time,
Also had a Jacuzzi, plenty of sun loungers.
We were very close to the Bus stop, & a great little mini-market within a five minuet walk
We were only a few hundred metres from the Perivolos beach, with all the nice bars & restaurants,
We did day trips to Fira & Oia for the amazing sunset,
The Hotel Manager arranged all the Transport for us,
I would highly recommend the Catamaran trip out onto the ocean, best day out.
But Our Hotel was home for a week for five of us, including two kids,
We enjoyed our time, we loved meeting the Hotel Staff & telling them all about our different days out, and they welcomed us every time we returned,

Comfortable
We took the deluxe. The balcony is truly in total privacy. Yeah. The rooms are as in the picture. We have seen pictures of worse hotels with wonderful photos. This, on the other hand, reflects reality. Very clean. Belle. Comfortable. The only sin is the "freezer". That comes off when you pinch away key and card. I understand the current savings. But I threw out a box of ice cream. They could at least make the separate fridge the beautiful piscinamokti. . But get organized with breakfast. A coffee 4 euros... then, apart hotel, perissa is itself an area exposed to the wind... get ready. it is very, very ventilated. .Nothing else to add.

Well-deserved Positive Reviews - Don’t Hesitate to Book!
Had a last-minute change of plans due to Corona and found ourselves in Santorini. Saw this little gem of a hotel online and have been absolutely pleased with our experience. Had a room on the 1st floor with our own private balcony and kitchenette. Perfect for two!
The pool area is fantastic, and was very quiet and calm as tourism hasn’t yet returned to the usual levels. A little oasis to enjoy!
As the other reviews have said, everything you could possibly need is within walking distance, including many great places to eat and lounge on the beach. The bus stop is also just steps away in case you want to day trip to Fira/Oia and don’t have a car.
If and when we return to Santorini, we would definitely book the Blackcoast again.

The most relaxing holiday
We spent 5 days in Santorini at the BlackCoast hotel at the end of August 2019.
The hotel is perfectly consistent to the description found on booking.com.
The structure is new: the room is clean and modernly furnished according to the Greek style.
The pool area is great: we had a perfect relaxing time during our stay (no crowded at all, lounge music as surrounding and the opportunity to get some drinks/meals from the bar).
The staff is incredibly warm and friendly and made us feel like at home.
The most beautiful beach of the island is in 5 minutes walking from the hotel and the main towns (Fira and the village of Pyrgos) are 10-15 km from the hotel: you can easily reach them with scooter/quad/car or even by bus (the bus stop is in less than 5 minutes walking).
There are lots of supermarket/restaurant/cafe nearby.
It's the perfect solution if you want to spend a great relaxing holiday in Santorini close to the beach without staying in the crowded towns.

Great location and a welcoming atmosphere
We stayed at Blackcoast as a group of seven friends and loved every second. It's really well-located, peaceful and quiet but only a few hundred metres from the chilled Perivolos Beach (with several bars, restaurants, watersports and mini markets). Perissa is a 20-minute walk along the beach and there's a bus stop just round the corner.
The rooms were large and clean, it was very helpful to have a mini-fridge/freezer, and we really liked our little terrace area. The large pool, jacuzzi, and bar area were very pleasant with plenty of seating available.
Dani was usually around to help out with anything we needed (including the occasional free shot of daki!) and the staff were obviously incredibly hard-working, but we did feel that it was a bit understaffed for the size of the place - it may be worth contacting ahead to ensure someone will be there to check you in when you arrive.
Overall though, this is a lovely hotel, great value for money, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
