Stunning. Just like the photos!
My wife saw this place on TikTok and booked in the spur of the moment for our honeymoon.
I can honestly say - it is EXACTLY how it looks in the photos and videos. It is absolutely stunning.
It’s set up high, overlooking the sea and the town of Oia in the distance. Breakfast/restaurant area upstairs then all rooms and spa are in the “cave” area.
We were met on arrival by the wonderful Tasos who took our cases and gave us a tour of the place. The room was insanely cool. Kind of like you’re staying in a futuristic Star Wars pod on another planet. Slick, clean, and cool. Our patio had a hot tub and seating area outside which we used all the time - morning or night.
One thing on this is the Fira to Oia hiking path that passes right in front of the patio. This didn’t bother us because it wasn’t that busy and there’s a privacy curtain which was helpful.
Also this path is beautiful and an important part of your stay. Head uphill to the town of Imerovigli which has beautiful restaurants and shops. About a 10 minute walk.
It’s so quiet and peaceful and we were glad we weren’t in one of the built up towns. It felt like our own little world. Often we were the only ones by the pool or having breakfast. I couldn’t see exactly but it didn’t look like there were that many rooms in total which would make sense with our peaceful experience.
Highly recommend. The staff were all so friendly and helpful.

Our room was even better in person, it’s a very well thought out hotel. The tub was the highlight and the breakfast was outstanding. Views from this hotel are amazing, I also used the indoor pool facility which was a lovely touch.
Rooms are cleaned daily and I was really happy with the service I received here by all the staff.

Views from the hotel are beautiful. However, you can’t walk anywhere and must take a cab. The cab service the hotel uses is very shady and untrustworthy. Charges 50 euro for a 15 minute drive and will take you to an atm to force you to pay in cash. The next day, we asked the hotel in advance how much the cab would be so we could be prepared. There was an extra 50 euro fee though that the cab added at the end that we hadn’t been told about. So overall, not sure the hotel is worth it given how pricey and scammy getting a cab is.

Do not stay here
We checked out of our 2 rooms this morning and were very disappointed with the property and the restaurant as well.
In one of the rooms, the hot tub was out of service and never worked all 3 days. Also, the tub lights could not be turned off so the room was always bright at night.
We had to take the large suite for the last night as they didn’t have our room available. We didn’t mind paying more, but the room was horrible. There were about five steps, so if you’re not careful, you will fall down and possibly get seriously hurt in the middle of the night. The room was a little larger, but the only thing they added to it was a stairmaster which we could care less about. The property didn’t have a gym and we paid an extra €300 a night for an ugly stair master
We went for a coffee this morning at 7:56 AM and the server wouldn’t serve us because he said they didn’t start service until 8 AM. We had an 8:15 AM departure so we were hoping to get a cup of coffee, but we didn’t get that either. The server was also fairly rude and not welcoming at all. They knew we were leaving and wouldn’t make an accommodation to give us a simple cup of coffee.
Now that we know what we know, we would never stay here again. I highly recommend you find a different hotel for your stay in Santorini Greece
