Timis personally made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. He and his team arranged breakfast, transportation everywhere, and gave perfect restaurant recommendations. Ilios Bakery was one of their recommendations, and we ate there every day and night. Thank you, Timis, because they even delivered to us.
Timis, I truly appreciate you for taking us to the airport at 4am so we could catch our flight to Istanbul. You made our first time in Santorini a trip we will never forget. It was an honor meeting you, and we will come back because of you and your team’s hospitality.
I highly recommend Kaleidoscope Imerovigli Suites. Oia is nice, but Imerovigli is the best place if you want rest, peace, quiet, convenient food, and the true beauty of Santorini.

Terrible
We booked this property based on the photos and near-perfect rating, but the reality is very different. The “jacuzzi” is a perfect example — the images make it look like a proper feature, but in reality it’s extremely small and barely usable. This has clearly been mentioned by other guests if you read carefully, yet nothing has been updated.
The room itself does not reflect the standard suggested online. Worn blinds let in full daylight early in the morning, there are visible maintenance and cleanliness issues, and there is even a standalone dehumidifier in the room — something not disclosed, but indicative of underlying conditions.
Small details also add up. We were told there would be water in the fridge on arrival — there wasn’t. It might seem minor, but it reflects the overall level of care and accuracy.
The biggest issue is the mismatch between expectation and reality. The listing and photos create a completely different impression to what you actually get. When this was raised, it was deflected rather than addressed.
Yes, the view is nice — but that’s true for most of Santorini. That alone does not justify the price or the misleading presentation.
Read the reviews closely and look for patterns. We wish we had.
