Beautiful hotel
Be careful as the "road" you turn on is more of a track, easily missable. Don't let it give you the wrong impression. You will not be disappointed!

If it has to be Santorini... better somewhere else... or Syros or Mykonos...
The check in was the saddest experience we have had in Greece so far. On request “whether we would have harmed the lady” we were only treated more harshly... Room Service had it none, fresh towels we could pick up at the reception.
Since other guests had room Service, it was probably up to us.
The location is fine... conveniently, supermarkets and other things are within walking distance... but otherwise you need a car.
We will certainly not visit the hotel a second time - there are significantly better locations (We booked our trip via agency) but the hotel reflected the entire Santorini experience... why ever such hype is made about this island - incomprehensible to us..

Nice centrally located hotel
Very friendly staff especially the manager very much involved in everything.
Nice room with fine bed and bathroom very nice shower with wonderfully scented soap and body lotion. Breakfast also fine. Clean.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic service
Absolutely beautiful hotel in a very busy urban area , rooms gorgeous ,we were upgraded to a suite ,had a private balcony which had views out over the pool and the sea behind .the room had 3 double glazed windows with shutters so very light / quiet when needed.it had a comfortable seating area ,tv with Netflix etc . Fridge and drink chiller ,safe / air con all included .beautiful decor ,bed and pillows sumptuous.
Great shower / bathroom with integral hairdryer, well lit .
Cleaning service was excellent .
Pool area amazing with comfy beds / beanbag loungers, parasols. Pool a decent size ,very clean .
The hotel staff were second to none.
Eri the receptionist we dealt with most was lovely ,very helpful, Anna served the best breakfasts, nothing too much trouble, and George the manager was just the nicest and most attentive ,again nothing was too much trouble .
There were snacks ,drinks and light bites available at the poolside , plenty of tables to eat at inside or out .
Could not fault this lovely place ,the only downside if any was the location.
However the bus stops were a very short walk away and the local bus service is excellent ,€2 to Fira a 10 min trip , which is a lovely lively town €2to kamari again lots of eateries shops and a beautiful beach .we hired a scooter and explored lots of places to see
