Perfect hotel. Quiet but very close to everything you need and places of interest
The location was perfect quiet but very close to all amenities and places of interest. The room was beautiful with a large private outdoor seating space. Lovely pool. Beautifully clean

Perfect stay!
This hotel was everything we dreamed of and more. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The room was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the room showed real care. The staff truly set this hotel apart. Every team member went above and beyond offering great recommendations, helping with transportation, and always greeting us with a smile. Service felt personal, never forced. The location was ideal: peaceful, yet close enough to restaurants, shops, and iconic Santorini spots. Whether relaxing by the pool and exploring the island, this hotel was the perfect base.
If you’re looking for an authentic, and memorable stay in Santorini, I couldn’t recommend this place more. We’re already planning our return!

Bad experience.
Do not use this hotel. Breakfast is shocking. Hot food is cold, which adult has pizza for breakfast? No choice of tea other than black & camomile ( which is a calming tea for bedtime). Only one milk option & no one tells you if it’s 1,2% or full fat. Juices are synthetic.
We did get upgraded but room was unfinished so no real point. Tv did not work, in-room safe did not work, no hooks anywhere in the bathroom to hang towels. You do have a coffee machine in the room , but no milk?? Bed is rock hard, with no mattress topper, so uncomfortable. Locks on the main door difficult to operate.
Overall a bad experience & wouldn’t recommend. Never staying here again.

The chamomile tea we serve is a traditional Greek herbal infusion, and when you requested green tea, our team was pleased to provide it straight away.
Our staff are always happy to assist with any questions, such as the operation of the safe or the 42-inch television, both of which are brand new in the recently renovated room we were delighted to offer you as a complimentary upgrade.
The mattress is also new and of premium quality, selected to ensure the best possible comfort for our guests.
We are truly sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations and very much hope you might consider visiting us again in the future, so that we may offer you the warm hospitality and pleasant experience we are known for.

There’s no door or curtains in the shower so the water floods the bathroom during shower. Also a hook to hang the towels would be very helpful. Besides that, hotel was nice & clean
