Very Good Value Award

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Charming staff and giving good advice and always ready to help.
The only small negative is the environment which is not top. But at least it's quiet and close to the beach and restaurants about 10 minutes walk.

Overpriced Pension

Very low-end Inn booked by KOLENIA for Private Travel for a stay on Santorini, Naxos, Paros and Mykonos.
There is such a difference between this Pension and the other 3 that I do not understand how it can have a Rating of 4.5.
Room constantly in the dark because just a window at the entrance that illuminates nothing.
Constant engine noise. Ventilation of the bathroom with electric wires that hang.
Transfer impossible at the Pension gates because drivers refuse to take a 150 meter driveway. While it is possible since we have seen minibuses do it. The result is to carry the suitcases because it is impossible to roll them on the gravel.
Welcome non-existent upon arrival around 8pm, then finally someone after 1/4 hour.
Request for change of room the next morning refusal by seeing tour operator's name.
Breakfast not self-service. Not allowed more than one coffee (not good by the way), 2 slices of bread, 1 kind of brioche, some kind of croque-monsieur and an egg. Too bad we don't eat cold cuts or eggs in the morning. We were also forced to request the replacement of butter tray because it was rancid.
The Inn entrance is catastrophic because you have a car wreck how Private Travel could accept this Inn.
Private Travel slogan: "Luxury stay and upscale stays" takes a hit.

A very pleasant stay

Remarkable efficiency and kindness of the staff of this hotel, including Giorgia who gave us personalized advice for restaurants, tours. We particularly recommend room 305 with friendly roof terrace.

Amazing place!

We booked a very last minute holiday here and what an amazing week we have had! Sad to be leaving tomorrow We were so impressed with Sfiga Villas, it was soo good value for a family of 4 and it did not disappoint. Our room was very spacious, the kids enjoyed their own room upstairs, the balcony was lovely with view to the pool. The only downside of the room was nowhere really to put your clothes away nicely but really not a huge deal!The shower was lovely , warm and powerful. The only down side was that the shower is open, no curtain or screen so very difficult to not get the floor all wet. The rooms were cleaned every day and the beds made. Bedding and towels were changed once but I wouldn't be chasing my own sheets more than once a week so totally acceptable to me! The staff was really nice , friendly and accommodating! Our flight isn't until 11pm and they are allowing us to keep the room for as long as we need! The grounds immediately outside the villa isn't very nice, deserted and a bit of a dumping ground but if you drive around the island it seems like this is very common on open / empty spaces. This did not bother us at all and if you see pass that the view of the mountain is stunning and we get beautiful skies at sunset and sunrise. The beach, restaurants, shops are all within walking distances. We hired a car to explore the island and this seem a great location for getting anywhere. I would highly recommend this place and would come back in a heart beat. If you decide to come , please don't miss the sunrise from Perissa beach. Absolutely

Not as expected, disappointing experience

We stayed in the maisonette room which had a double bed on the main floor and 2 twin beds in a balcony upstairs. We were fortunate that the temperatures had cooled down a bit for the 2 days we stayed (26-28 C) as there was no air circulation in the balcony area and only 1 wall air conditioner in the whole room. The pictures made the room look much nicer than it was. We were left with a single sheet on each bed and had to make the beds ourselves. Floors were filthy on check in, our bare feet were black. The door has gaps all along the side and bottom so of course the cold air from the ac did not stay in and the bugs were not kept out! Finally, they do not advertise on their website but their showers are sulpher water. Even after showering your skin feels sticky!
The ladies who checked us in /put and were on site in the evening were very pleasant and did try to help with the heat issue in the balcony of our room by going and getting us a fan.
Would not recommend, find some where else.
