Can’t fault this place!

Conveniently located about five minutes walk from Perissa’s black sand beach, as well as supermarkets, bars, and restaurants.
Amenities are good- the room was cleaned every two days to a very high standard, and coffee pods were refreshed which was very welcome. The kitchen is functional with basic equipment that worked fine and suited our needs. Once we got the WiFi working it was great, no issues. We had number 7 which included a quiet terrace with a view of the beautiful mountain of Mesa Vouno. The area is rural and agricultural; no frills but rustic and beautiful in its own way. Felt like a typically Greek pastoral scene.
The staff are warm and accommodating; the cleaners were lovely and Anastasia sorted us a car rental and a boat tour with absolutely zero stress or problems.
Perissa is calm and relaxed when compared to the more touristy areas of Oia and Fira.
Overall a wonderful little villa that suited our needs perfectly.

Great !

Very quiet apartment 150 m from the beach, composed of a bedroom, a terrace where you can take your meals, a bathroom with shower and a living room with a kitchen area. simplistic but that is the only criticism that can be made of the establishment.
Charming owners, free parking 10 m from the apartment, close to shops, beach bars and restaurants.

Very nice clean accommodation

We were very happy with this place . Stayed 7 nights and the room was lovely, loads of space and a comfy bed and great shower., Aircon was included and the people were very friendly and helpful., the room was cleaned on request which I prefer so as not to waste their time as I make my own bed and i don’t see the point of the cleaner every day. I took a point off for the balcony not being private in the studios and people next door smoking was unpleasant for us. I would go again and pay the extra for a one bed apartment as it’s a good location close to beach and restaurants.

Just lovely!

Fabulous simple room that was exceptionally clean.
Very close to restaurants and the beach just 2 minutes walk away.
Very quiet and a nice mountain view.
Nice outside space to sit and enjoy a drink.
Small kitchen with everything you could need.
