Great location and great accommodation
The property's location is excellent. Being right by the sea is a major advantage. At the beach, you can either use the beach clubs or enjoy the sea with your own umbrella and equipment. You can reach cafes, restaurants, the market area, and bars on foot in about 5 minutes.
You can also easily reach the beautiful beaches in the surrounding area by car. For those arriving by car, the facility has its own parking lot, but its capacity is limited. Nevertheless, there are many areas around the facility where you can park for free or at a reasonable cost.
The facility was extremely clean and hygienic. Although the official check-in time was 3:00 PM, they had our room ready by 12:00 PM because we had informed them in advance that we would be arriving early. Their courteous approach really pleased us.
Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay. It is a property we would choose again without hesitation if we were to return to the region.
The Turkish word "yakamoz" refers to the phosphorescence or bioluminescence produced by marine organisms in the sea, typically visible at night.

Dated structure
The property is on the seafront, but, contrary to official photos, it is positioned on a busy street and in front of numerous bathing establishments that have the bar towards the rooms: if you put yourself on the terrace, privacy is non-existent. And there is not even with the neighbors because to divide one terrace from another there is a very low partition. The decor is definitely dated, although I did not find the beds so uncomfortable. Room space is sufficient, as is the comfort of the bathroom. We would need a local renovation. And, above all, if the photos of the site were true (in my opinion they are those taken when the structure opened), I would have thought twice before booking. That said, courtesy and smiles were never lacking, but on paper it sells well, the reality is a bit different.

Poor service
Poor service - they clean rooms every 4th day, so do the exchange of the towels!
I asked to change my towels (even if I have to pay for this additional service), but I didn't receive this service.
Location - it is near the beach, but the street is loud 24/7 due to car traffic.
I am so happy to leave this place.

Good location, but really unpolite and unpleasant owners and staff!
Very poor wi-fi, old furniture and very uncomfortable beds and mattresses.
No hot water around 18:00 - 19:00, no ventilation in the bathroom and very bad air conditioning, which makes the room very hot!
Need key if you want to use water in the yard after the beach in order to clean the sand.
if you want to use barbecue need to find "head of the floor" :):):)

Ok, but with flaws
Great location, great view. Clean rooms on arrival, but no cleaning arrangements (room is self maintained). We knew that, but it is good to mention for others to know. Everything was really ok, not the most modern or new furniture but good enough, except for the mattresses - beds are really bad. Price is a bit higher for what it offers (still not high though). Rooms even have mosquito nets, but torn :(
Room no5 (1st floor, middle room, front view) has the biggest balcony and great view, but bathroom doesn't have a window and the ventilation is broken. Rooms 4 and 6 have the same view and both have bathroom windows!
