Relaxing and comfortable stay
If you are looking for something small (only 19 rooms), clean with great location close to beach and centre of Sarti and you would love to have option of pool this is exactly where you should stay. I have been in Sarti few times in the past but this time we were looking for something with the pool. Alex and his wife are amazing and they will do everything for you to feel happy and comfortable. Also their nieces in the bar will look after you very well. Rooms are spacious, nice, clean and bright, air conditioned and you can relax in the evening on large balcony. Pool is great and very well kept, great for adults or children. The breakfast served in the hotel was fresh and great every day. You really feel very comfortable and your vacation is enjoyable from the start. There is quick cleaning of the rooms every second day and changing towels and bed sheets every 3rd day. And one special touch - they call you by your name from the very first moment and every time which makes you feel like you are at home.

I am really enthusiast about my stay in this hotel.
The rooms are very comfortable, perfectly clean and modernly furnished, with a cozy bed and a very useful balcony looking on the pool below.
Very rich breakfast each morning , nice swimming pool with sunbeds, gazebos and bar service.
Last but not least very warm and familiar athmosphere. I reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful holiday in Sarti.

The lower standard of Greece
The Sarti Plaza Hotel serves its purpose, but has some distinct weaknesses. The pool is fine, you can relax, but a real holiday feeling does not want to arise.
The cleanliness of the room was basically okay, but with air up – better not to look too closely. In bad weather, there are few alternatives: Without a car you are stuck in the room, which became quite monotonous on three rainy days. Groups formed – mainly regulars and rather moderately satisfied visitors.
The beach is unfortunately a disappointment: unclean, uninviting and located directly on a busy thoroughfare. You can’t expect too much from the breakfast – it’s enough but put together without love. You can see that little emphasis is placed on details here.
Those hoping for Greek flair will be disappointed: Instead of typical Greek culture, the atmosphere is strongly influenced by Romanian and other guests. This is not a problem in principle, but anyone booking Greece also expects a piece of Greek identity – which is unfortunately completely missing here.
For a short stopover on a trip to Greece, the hotel is acceptable, but for a longer stay we would rather advise.
Pros: The operating family is trying – that should not go unmentioned. However, we found the attempt to actively influence our evaluation very negative. You can’t do that – thumbs down for it.
I am not really a person who writes reviews, but in this case it is striking that for years mainly neighbors of the operating family or, for example, local dentists and acquaintances from the area give reviews. On the one hand, understandable – an entire town benefits from tourism. On the other hand, it would have made more sense to make serious efforts to improve in recent years. Instead, people have obviously rested and invested little for the future.

Everything in one place.Friendliness,cleanliness,quiet,eat....Daily maintenance and cleaning of the premises.The water in the pool is always clean.Diverse food.Next year we also spend time with the wonderful and friendly Alex and his family.Thank you for everything.

Much nicer than we were expecting!
The website has been updated since we booked and shows the hotel as it is now.
The family who run the hotel are all really friendly and informative and socialise with their guests.
The room was spacious and the large bed very comfortable. Nice toiletries were provided, there was a safe in the room and a clothes airer on the balcony. The fridge was efficient and quiet. The air conditioning had a fan setting of 'Quiet' and it was; so we were able to leave it on at night.
Breakfast was varied and good. The pool bar was well stocked and open until about midnight, but never noisy while we were there.
We had no problems with the free WiFi, which worked throughout the hotel.
And there was a dog & two cats who would all be petted!
