Charming apartments

What a beautiful place! The gardens were amazing and full of orange and lemon trees. Lucia was a lovely host and kept us well supplied with eggs and oranges! If the pool is important to you it is best to check it will be open when you arrive. Not overly well equipped kitchen but we mostly self catered and managed fine. Lucia even lent me her omelette pan. The hill up from the beach is a bit of a challenge but we two wrinklies managed. In all, a delightful stay.

Wonderful stay at Villa Eliza

We have just got back from a wonderful 8 days at Villa Eliza. Beautiful gardens, lovely pool and friendly owner/staff. We were left fresh eggs everyday, had the room cleaned/bins emptied everyday, towels changed 3 times and bedding changed mid week.
It’s within close walking distance to local restaurants and bars, but is peaceful and quiet. People with mobility issues would need to get a taxi back as it sits at the top of a steep hill. Anyone with moderate fitness will be fine.
I loved the donkey, dog and others animals who greeted us every time we came back. The owner gave us carrots to feed the donkey!
The lady who did the housekeeping and tended to the garden was very hard working, but always had a smile and greeting for us.
If I had to find anything to criticise it would be for the check in to be easier. We couldn’t find anyone when we arrived so called the contact number. The lady told us we were in no 12 but we still couldn’t get in. We found the housekeeping lady who speaks limited English, after another call the housekeeper understood and let us into our room. Saying sorry and showing us the beer, eggs and water in the fridge. That took about 20 mins so it’s a very small criticism. Also there isn’t a shower curtain, but we did manage to shower without the toilet roll getting wet and it gave the toilet an extra clean .
All in all we had a brilliant stay and will be back. Thanks so much for making our holiday special.

Very disapointed

This is not a location for people with mobility issues it is at the top of a steep road with steep steps or slope from the roadside entrance. The pool is in poor condition there is no pool bar and the whole place has seen better days. On line pics are old

Not a great stay here wasn't very clean only got towels and bed sheets changed only once in the 2 weeks we were there ..

Towels and bed sheets were only changed once in the 2 weeks we were there the toilet was overflowing so we had to go all night without a toilet it got fixed the next day only for it to leak from the bottom the bin in the bathroom got emptied maybe every 3rd day if that
