Amazing stay no complaints at all
Roza was an amazing host who accommodated for everything we could possibly need, she greeted us at the door upon arrival even close to midnight. In the room she left gifts such as fresh fruit, cakes , chocolate , wine , and even a gift bag when we left. Roza was on standby for anything we needed such as information about the area and arranging a transfer to and from the airport for us. The property was extremely cleaned and was even cleaned mid way through our stay aswell. It had amazing facilities such as air conditioning to ensure a good night sleep, a fully stocked coffee machine, shower gels and hair washes, a tv , a cooker , fridge freezer and numerous outside seating areas. The location of the property is amazing with just a 30 second walk in to skala town and a 10 minute walk from the beach . The property was also extremely good value for money for our week stay, could not recommend enough.

A wonderful place to relax and unwind
We have just had the most amazing 11 days staying at Nikolaos Apartments. We arrived at nearly midnight but were greeted as we parked by Rosa. What a lovely lady, she couldn't do enough for us. Fresh fruit, water and wine were in the fridge and the room was spotless. Every 3 days (cleaning day) she left us fresh cakes and on noticing our anniversary cards she presented us with a bottle of fizz. On our last day she gave us a little gift bag with sweets and honey from her father's bee hives!
We had some greek lessons one evening from Sophia, Nikolaos' daughter, a lovely young lady
The room was perfect, a comfy bed, lovely veranda, great aircon, plenty of coat hangers (not always the case!) and a well equipped kitchen.
The garden is spectacular and very well maintained.
We've had a perfect holiday and can't wait to come back.

The best accomodation and hosts
Our stay at Nicolaus Studios and Apartments was absolutely perfect! The place is spotlessly clean, with every detail carefully maintained. The location is wonderful – peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to everything you need. The beautiful garden adds an extra touch of charm and relaxation. The hosts- Roza and Nikolaos are truly amazing – incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they go above and beyond for everything to make your stay unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay - we'll definitely be back!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday!

Great!
I booked via Olympic Holidays which called it Pitos Studios which i mention to help if you're booking via Olympic.
I arrived quite late (9-930 pm) expecting to have to make dash to the nearest supermarket, however, I was met and shown to my room by Rosa. She had put tea, coffee milk, water (still and sparkling) and a bowl of fruit in the room.... there was even a bottle of wine!!!
The room was beautiful and immaculately clean. Bathroom even had a shower cubicle .. I'm used to a curtain that is very ineffective.
Bed extremely comfortable.
Rosa explained that the A/C and safe were free :-)
She only cleans the room after 3 days but that suited me - i don't get my accommodation dirty anyway. And she left cakes when she did the clean (sheet /towel change etc)
Rosa was fab!!!
The location is up a slight hill so maybe not suitable for all and, downside is no pool; but being up a bit means it's lovely and quiet with great views and a wonderful breeze
All in all, I really enjoyed my holiday. When i go back, i'll venture further afield for a beach as Skala and Spithi are both pebbles - i found them difficult to walk on so bought some of those beach shoes from a local supermarket (Eur 7-8) to get around and go into the sea.

Fantadtic stay for second visit
We just came back from a week holiday st Nicholaos studios . This villa is also called Pitas studio . Our second time to stay with them . This time, Rosa prepared a room on top floor with view for us as she remembered us from last year.
Everything was ready including filter coffee Tea, bowl of fruits , bottles of warer and robola wine ! cakeand cookies too. All equipments were available for selfcatering.
Nice clean room with balcony .
The villa is situated on top of the high street . All restraunts. bars and shop in walking distance.
Very quiet to sleep.
The hospitality is fantastic that's why We want to go back . It makes us to feel sad when we leave. That tells you all
