SUPERB! Clean with a great pool!
SUPERB!
From the hotel, walk to the beach for about 5 minutes, it's close. On the way there is a market where you can buy anything you need.
CLEAN... EVERYTHING! The rooms are big, gorgeous, the bathroom is big... gorgeous, very clean! Comfortable beds, and cleaning is done daily.
GORGEOUS SWIMMING POOL...CLEAN AND WARM WATER!
Next to the pool is a bar, where you can eat anything, they have some great cocktails!

Avoid this place
We are at this hotel right now since 13.08. Horrible experience, we don’t recommend it to anyone. We have a reservation on Booking but they cancelled it for « no show up » without our consent while we were staying at their hotel. They did that because we have complaints and they don’t want a bad review on Booking. Too late, because I know my rights and their behaviour is totally unacceptable.
About the hotel: it’s not on the beach. There is a street in front, big dune after this street, then the Fire department and after all these there is the beach. There are horses right near the hotel and sometimes it smells bad.
The bathroom is very small, totally unpractical, the beds have a bad quality, I have a back pain after 2 nights here. The child bed is a joke. Noone can sleep on such a thing.
Actually, the most important things in a room (the beds, the bathroom, the size of the room) are unacceptable.

Very bad! One of the ugly and all apart hotel in Thassos.
Booking photos were taken when the hotel opened. Now everything is very old. Unkept territory. Dirty pool. Before checking in, the owner asked for a baby cot, he did not even answer. If you want to ruin your vacation then go to this hotel! I highly do not recommend this hotel.

It was a great holiday.
The hotel is new, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need.
The staff is very Kind (starting with the receptionist and cleaning staff up to the beach bar guys).
It is definitely the place where I will come back as many times as I have the oportunity.

One of the best holiday in Thassos!
Intimate and chic
Veraya Beach Hotel is a recommended destination for a holiday on the island of Thassos. Of course, the fact that we are talking about a new hotel brings an edge from the start. Built in a modern and tasteful style, it transforms the time spent in a pleasant experience. Owners have not rebated from quality materials, and the division of space is well thought out.
For starters, a few details. I had booked two room types. Grand Maisonette and Maisonette. First for three adults and one child. The second for two adults and one child. I booked the Grand Maisonette The difference between them is about 11-15 square meters. Those additional square meters are in the bedrooms, the kitchenette, and the existence of the second balcony.
Main bedroom
The main bedroom has air conditioning and TV. The TV picks up enough channels, and there is the possibility of logging in to Netflix. The internet has worked well throughout the holiday. The matrimonial bed is comfortable and generous. The room has a table with a chair, a dressing table, a wardrobe, a sofa for two people, a small table, and two smaller storage cabinets.
Secondary bedroom (upstairs with open space)
Two comfortable single-person beds and hangers with drawers. There is a window and can open. The problem is the lack of the mosquito net.
Kitchenette
It is at the entrance, in a separate space from the bedroom through a wall, and is equipped with the necessary necessities: kettle, dishes, tableware, a hob, hood, drain for dishes. I found including detergent for dishes, sponge, and cloth. Worktop is not too big, but we do not go on holiday to cook.
The bathroom
The bathroom is spacious and looks great. Materials are of good quality. It has a hairdryer. The towels changed every day, and the toilet paper supplemented as often.
However, there are two inconveniences. It does not have enough space for storing personal items (for four people), and there is no support for the shampoo, shower gel, etc. in the shower cabin. The bathroom in the Grand Maisonette has a window in the shower cabin, and we have taken advantage of the space provided by the window sill. But the bathroom in the Maisonette does not have a window. Our friends put the shampoo and the shower gel on the floor.
Balconies
The main balcony is the most spacious. It has two sunbeds, table, and chairs, a beautiful view of the sea. The second balcony is quite spacious with a view of the pool and partly to the sea. It has another table with chairs and support for dry laundry.
Veraya Beach
The sandy beach is in front of the hotel at about 200 meters. It equipped with sunbeds, tables, and umbrellas. The bar opens at 10 o'clock a.m. and closes at 7 o'clock p.m. They have everything you want: beer, cocktails, juices, coffee, food. Food can be served from 10:30 a.m.
At the entrance to the water, there is a narrow strip of stones brought by the waves, but it is not necessarily the water footwear. With water having a relatively small depth over a length of at least 50 meters, the beach can also be recommended for parents with smaller children.
In conclusion, the hotel was up to our expectations and deserved all the money. Staff is particularly kind and discreet. It deserves five-star reviews. I hope to keep the same level in the years that come.
