Very enjoyable stay at this lovely little hotel in the centre of town.
Fantastic place to stay as a solo traveller.
This lovely little hotel is in a great location on Papadiamantis Street so lots of lovely tavernas, shops and bars are close by. Short walk to the old and new ports with easy access to bus terminal and water taxis. No worries about getting back to accommodation at night.
Really lovely, friendly staff who are so helpful - nothing is too much trouble.
Room was immaculately clean.
Towels and beach towels fresh every day.
The rooms are well-equipped with fridge, safe, kettle with tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer slippers and excellent air-conditioning.
The bed was super comfortable for a good night's sleep.
Soap, shampoo, conditioner provided in the bathroom. Good shower and plenty of hot water.
A large bottle of water was left in the fridge every day which was very much appreciated.
Lovely bottle of chilled white wine in the fridge on arrival which was a really nice touch. Perfect to sip while sitting on the terrace overlooking the pretty garden. The garden provides a cool, tranquil space with dappled sunlight filtering through the trees, one of which is a huge lemon tree which was covered in large lemons.
I had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed my stay here.

The Atlas Hotel
Great location in main street leading up from the port. Plenty of great restaurants and shops. Had to wheel/carry bags to hotel no access by bus or car as it's mainly a pedestrian walkway. Small double room in Suites section. Comfortable and well appointed but not alot of room for bags or to hang clothes. No kettle, just coffee machine. Complimentary water and bottle of wine very nice. Stairs up to second floor lacks sufficient railings. If your room is on the alley side there is a nightclub and there can be loud music coming from the street restaurants on some nights.

A scandal!!!
Simply put, a horrible experience. Stay away from this place. We had booked one night with our two 11-year-old children. Upon our arrival, we learned that the hotel is divided into 2 buildings 50 meters apart, which was not specified anywhere. They had put our minor children in one building and us in another! We said that this is not possible, but the hotel found no solution; we had taken the non-refundable offer, so we found ourselves stuck. Even though we saw groups of 4 people arriving after us in the same situation, it would have been very simple to swap the rooms, but the managers are incompetent. In short, we went to the restaurant and resigned ourselves to sleeping with one of our children. Upon our return, in the room next to the one supposedly intended for our children, we found 8 young people in the same room partying at 11:30 PM as if they were on spring break. We asked them to stop the noise, pointing out that it is a hotel and that they need to respect others. A scene ensued, and we were forced to contact a manager, since there was no staff in the hotel at night, knowing that access to the hotel is open, no code, no card, nothing. The manager came but was useless; he was buddying up with the young people in Greek, leaving us helpless. Result: a rotten first night of vacation, children who feel unsafe… this is not a hotel but a youth hostel with no security service, which would be better off banning children because it is truly inappropriate. No hotel assistance, nothing. I won't even mention the smell of cigarettes in the rooms; in short, a disaster. Luckily for us, my job in France will allow me to write a good description of this hotel, which is not one. If you are traveling with children, avoid this place!

Our stay at Atlas Hotel & Suites was nothing short of perfection!
The location is top-notch — right on the main pedestrian street in Skiathos Town. It is extremely convenient for evening walks, dining, and exploring the town, all without having to worry about transport.
Cleanliness throughout the hotel is of the highest standard, and lovely complimentary touches like daily water, coffee, and wine made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
However, what truly makes this place special is the incredible concierge team. Special and heartfelt thanks to Evi, Kiki, and Panagiota! These ladies take hospitality to a whole new level. They were always at our service for literally everything — from booking a last-minute appointment at a local hair salon to giving us the most spot-on recommendations for local restaurants that made our vacation truly memorable.
If you are looking for the perfect combination of comfort, a prime location, and warm, personalized service — this is your hotel in Skiathos. We would love to return!
