Hospitality

We stayed in this accommodation for 4 nights. I must say that the owner is always present and very helpful; I really wanted to give 4 out of 5, but he deserves all 5.
In addition to what has been listed, the strengths are the location, very close to the center but far enough not to be disturbed at night, and the cleanliness.
The only downside is perhaps the bathroom is a bit small.

Perfect value for money.

The apartment is very well organized; it has everything you need, including a coffee maker. We received an upgrade that allowed us to stay on the first floor with a garden view. Daniel is a caring host; one evening it rained, and he went to all the rooms to bring an umbrella, a gesture that is by no means taken for granted. Additionally, beach umbrellas are also available. The location is excellent, on a street parallel to the main road, which allows you to explore the city on foot. Since we went at the beginning of June, we found parking almost always right in front of the apartment; in August, I think it is much more difficult because the island is small and there are no large parking areas. Recommended!!!

Really quiet, centrally located, wonderful garden

We came on the recommendation of a colleague and would recommend the apartment.
By the way, we booked directly at the hotel and not via a well-known platform.
Location: Very easy to reach by bus. Approx. 5min walk to the stop. Absolutely quiet, although only two blocks away from one of the main pedestrian streets.
Rooms: We had an apartment on the ground floor to the garden with terrace. The rooms to the garden are the quiet ones. The rooms are southern simple but functional and not cheaply equipped. The small kitchen has everything you need. We recommend taking a tea strainer. If you are super sensitive to brightness in the morning, take the sleep mask with you, otherwise the shutters darken very well. Inside the house it is clairvoyant (footfall sound).
The owner: Very accommodating and helpful. Parasols and towels for the beach are provided by the owner.

Wonderfull central location in Skiathos Town

I have never felt more welcome in any holiday apartments we have rented. Dennis is by far the nicest person you are ever likely to meet. After booking a villa at the Oasis, we were let down badly and by a lengthy process of elimination I came across Dennis and Skiathos House where we were lucky to find a vacancy and Dennis came to the rescue! Smooth changeover - he even came out to meet us and sort baggage. Beautiful gardens and central location to Skiathos Town whilst still a quiet neighbourhood. I fully recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Fabulous find in Skiathos Town

From arrival to our last day our experience of Skiathos House has been amazing.
Denis has been a perfect host a true gentleman thinking of everything you need.
There were beach towels offered and changed regularly, sun parasol for the beach an iron, ironing board and the loan of an umbrella for if it rains.
The room was cleaned everyday to a high standard, thank you to the lady who worked so hard doing this.
We stayed in a room overlooking the garden on the ground floor which was peaceful and comfortable.
The proximity to Skiathos Town, restaurants and shops was priceless.
Thank you again Denis we would not hesitate to recommend your accommodation and will hopefully return soon.
