Amazing location, trendy luxury and above all the warmest Greek hospitality by the host! In the very center of Skiathos old harbour a very quiet idyllic place with direct private access to the sea. Don't look further!

A hidden secret gem

Just home from another fabulous week in Skiathos. Koula’s house is an absolute secret gem. Our fab room, outstanding views, the terrace offering a place to chat with other lovely guests and the chance to swim by the house!. Syrainoula is an outstanding host who did everything to help with our stay. We will definitely return and would totally recommend. X

You had me with view.

Koula’s house is perched overlooking the sea. The view is spectacular. In fact there are steps leading to the water that allow you to jump in the sea for an easy swim. It’s located right at the old harbor. You can be in the center of the action in 2 minutes or enjoy the secluded view of the harbor and town. We stayed 5 nights and got a good feeling for the accommodations.
The place is impeccably clean and neat. Our room was made up each day, with fresh towels and coffee pods.
The room had a small refrigerator and coffee/tea maker. Dishes, cups and utensils are available to dine out in the shared deck area. If you want to dine out, there are countless local restaurants within 10 minutes radius walk. We also found a great bakery past the church for a coffee and pastry.
Koula’s house is a gem. The location, service and very friendly staff make it a great value. It’s a very unique property that is at the top of my list of great places to stay.

Hidden gem with an excellent view!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Skiathos! Koula’s house was truly the find of the year for us - it offers a terrace (which we shared with a couple other guests, though it never felt crowded) with a spectacular view of the old port of Skiathos and we loved watching the boats come into harbor each evening, playing YMCA or Mamma Mia and spreading such joy.
Then there is the private swimming spot right beneath the house - the absolute highlight for us!
Our hostess Sera was very helpful and friendly and the house was cleaned every day. The rooms were small but with good AC.
Wonderful experience all around - would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Skiathos!

Breathtaking views in the heart of the old town

We stayed in the sun apartment for a week in July 2024. It is very comfortable and has breathtaking views. Location is brilliant. It is cleaned daily and is spotless after the clean. So so refreshing to be able to swim downstairs before breakfast. A real bit of heaven. What struck me was so many of the other guests were returning visitors and I will hopefully be joining that club next year.
