A wonderful place for everyone to relax
Wonderful place and beutiful apartments. Praise to George and his family for running both the taverna and apartments so well. Rooms are always clean and cosy. Food in the taverna is absolutely georgous and everybody is very kind. It's a great place to relax, it's quiet and peaceful. A great family atmosphere and suitable for evreyone. A place I would love to come back to.

Disappointed
The appartment we rented was appartment no 1 and was described as" Deluxe appartment of two rooms with sea view" . Actually when looking for an appartment to rent together with our friends, totally 4 adults, the filter I used was "sea view" You can understand my disappointment when we arrived to find out that one of the rooms did have sew view but the other was at the back of the house and the only view it had was to the street.
When the other couple closed their room door, we could only watch the street through our window. The balcony was extremely small , 4 people could hardly sit there to have breakfast, and the drying rack was in front of our faces practically blocking the sea view. The back street was noisy , cars and motorcycles passing by and you could not keep the window open because then anybody could jumb in. Under the appratment there are tavernas so there is a smell at certain hours. The balcony had a mosquito net which was vertical , like the one used in windows, so useless. The kitchen was ok for us who only used it to prepare breakfast but is not really a kitchen if you intend to cook and the dining table can only accomodate 3 people sitting very narrowly. The water in the bathrooms was flooding everytime we took a shower so we had to mop . Cleaning was ok but not perfect. The wifi was not working at all !! Finally, To be honest , the good things were that the rooms were spacious and beds were fine, there were two bathrooms and there are a super market and a bakery very close. The price we paid was 130 per night so I think the value for money is very poor. I would not go there again. I think the description was misleading.

Lovely hosts, apartments great, location has a bit to go...
George and his team run the place and the taverna downstairs with diligence and care. The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated and have everything you need really. I was travelling with just my 16 year old daughter and so we were a little disappointed with Neo Klima itself. There's nothing quaint about the place. There is a marina with lots of yachts coming and going which is nice and a row of 3 tavernas down on the front. The rest of the village is spread out behind with a couple more tavernas, a school and a bakery. I think if I was to sum it up fairly, it was that the 'resort' doesn't have a soul yet. The beach isn't pretty and it looks a bit like a wasteland behind it, there is graffiti around here and there. We still enjoyed our time, once we discovered the excellent bus service that meant we could nip along to other more attractive beaches. Taxi's were pretty expensive, so to get around it is best to hire a car or use the bus. Skopelos Town itself is where it was happening, but the beaches there weren't great either. You have to accept that you travel to get out to the beaches and then return to your place in the evenings.

Innanzitutto non guardate le foto che ci sono qui ma quelle del loro sito ( penso siano foto prima della ristrutturazione). Perché ora Le camere sono davvero ben ristrutturate. Si tratta di appartamenti. Il nostro (numero 4) era veramente bello con camera matrimoniale, camera doppia, zona giorno con angolo cottura e bagno ( un po' piccolo e che pur essendo nuovo necessiterebbe di box doccia, perché ha una tenda con cui si lancia parecchia acqua in giro). Però è davvero bello, finemente arredato, pulito con un bel balcone con vista sul porticciolo. Qualità del sonno ottima. E le pulizie vengono fatte quotidianamente da una signora molto gentile. Inoltre i proprietari hanno il ristorante sotto e quindi la mattina è possibile avere la colazione scendendo solo le scale. Consigliatissimo!!! Ottima posizione per visitare Skopelos. Il paesino di Neo Klima non offre molto ma è davvero grazioso. Noi siamo stati 4 notti e ci siamo trovati bene!!!!
