Great location!

Great view of mountain and sea. Every day there is cleaning and every second they change linen towels!Helpful staff, and very reasonable prices.The location only five minutes from the city and the beach of Staphylos one of the most beautiful of the island very close although it has a high enough for anyone who returns on foot...

We knew from the beginning that we haven't paid for a super lux hotel so we didn't have high expectations and demands, but still the room didn't live up to what we paid for. On the plus side I put the fact that in general there was a welcoming and warm atmosphere (Ms. Nicoleta the maid is awesome). Also positive was the fact that every day they changed the trash and brought clean towels. Otherwise we have and say: The air condition did not work, it opened but at best it worked like a fan. I should note here that on the island, as in all of Greece, there were extremely hot conditions in those days, so the proper operation of the air conditioning was more than necessary. The TV didn't work either. The bathroom faucets were broken. Also the room was full of ants and spiders. I think that no matter how economical an accommodation is, at least the basics should be covered.

Nice apartment and friendly welcome

We had the front apartment for 2 adults and 2 kids. The location is really good closed by foot to stafylos beach and 3 km to skopelos city, bakery at foot distance. The apartment is bright with a beautiful view. The lady who takes care of the different studio is very friendly and welcoming. The pool is really pleasant too. The place is quiet. A good value for money. I recommend.

Wonderful

Everything was perfect:
Starting with the location, close to one of the best beaches and restaurant in Skopelos and continuing with the wonderful hosts (Nicole and Alex).
The place is kept impeccable clean, the room is spotless after everyday cleaning. All necessary amenities available, including two swimming pools, which I did not get to use unfortunately, but I always prefer the sea. The room has hair dryer, toast maker, water boiler pot, dishes and everything, if one prefers having a breakfast on the balcony with amazing sea views.
Due to its location, it is very quiet, a real battery recharger. :)
I highly recommend it.

Just a visitor

I was visiting friends who happened to be staying at this place (their review will follow I guess). Was surprised to see how worn out the place is. Must have been decent in the 80s however currently-despite the efforts by the owner and the people who run it- it is too expensive for what it offers.
