Rooms "value for money"

One of the most "value for money" places of residence, in Kato Livadi, Kythira. Very cool rooms, large, comfortable, clean and well-kept, without unnecessary luxuries. Comfortable parking spaces...
A major advantage is the village itself that is in the center of Kythira and "shares" the distances, wherever you want to go.

Very good for 11 days

On the first day it seemed a little old but if you sleep after a day you look very nice K is very friendly people is good for family very cheap K nice I strongly recommend it to families to go all of the best in Kythira

Very beautiful

The accommodation is located in the beautiful Livadi. The best location to be able to go to the beautiful and crystal clear beaches of this island. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and well laid out. The people who served us were polite and willing. Of course, everyone on the island was kind. Very nice food. We had a great time.

A COSY PLACE TO STAY.

We booked this place by phone, communication was very easy with owner Mihalis.
Room has shower with hot water, air conditioning, small fridge with freezer, cooking facilities, cutlery.
The best thing is that is sooo peaceful, you wake up in the morning with tens of birds singing, no noise, no cars, nothing. All rooms look to the west, this means they dont get very warm from early. Rooms in the last building ( 105, 106) overlook a beautiful garden full of olive trees, fruit trees and more...A paradise!!
Another plus is that it is located about 1 km from Livadi's center, where you have few restaurants, gaz station, pharmacy, two supermarkets , rent-a-car agency.
Easy access to Kalamos and to all southern beaches.

Holidays in Kythira

In August 2021 we visited Kythira, me and my family, and stayed a week in the specific apartments which are located in a quiet area too convenient for our daily excursions on the island. Τhe hosts were friendly and always willing to give us useful information about entertainment and attractions. In general, Kythira is an island with distances, quite good beaches and very good and cheap food. The road network, however, is problematic and in some areas special attention is needed.
