Excellent studio

All at all excellent!!! Very good location, at the center and everything what want to see is near, by foot.
The hosts are very polite people, for everything we ask.
The studio is clean and comfortable.
We will come again here, definitely

The room was terrible. The bathroom was moldy, the walls were dirty, and the power outlet near the kitchen cabinet was dangerous—it could give someone an electric shock. The host was not helpful at all. At first, they said we could check in at 3 PM. When we were almost there, we received another message saying we could only check in at 4:30 PM. I tried to speak with the cleaning staff to at least leave our heavy bags there, but they didn’t even come out of the room. I also tried calling the host—he answered, but as soon as I explained my request, he hung up and I wasn’t able to call him again. He never apologized, neither in writing nor otherwise. As a result, we had to walk around all day carrying heavy backpacks. Because of the condition of the room and the unacceptable behavior of the host, I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. Since then, I’ve looked around and found that for the same amount of money, you can get much better quality accommodation. My rating on a scale of 1 to 5: 1.

Unacceptable owner did not answer the phones

The room awful that worse there is at first is not as seen in the photos, smelled cigarette while saying not smoke necessarily buy sheets because it was frequent had a cockroach and flea the sanitary should go there. I got some marks on the body. Logically something would walk. Not from outside.

Perfectly clean, great price/quality ratio, short stay

The studio was spacious & perfectly clean with useful comfort (AC, double-glass window(necessary!), Wifi). In pandemic times, I felt absolutely safe. The Ladadika area is "The Night life" area of the City... so be ready for some 'movida' and rumours... Not least, Spiros and his wife Svetlana, have been super helpful and ready to do the extra little thing to make life easier. Thumbs up!

~ Small old apartment without balcony. There is a window without view
~ Old fashion equipment... Bed, sofa etc
~ Very small bathroom
~ The apartment is in a building with offices
~ In 20€ per night perhaps is ok but with 50~60 € they want you can find a good hotel with bf in the area.
Tips for the Travelers
~If you use the bus from the airport you have to stop at kolomvou bus stop and the same stop but for the other way to the airport. You need to walk about 1km to the appartament.
~in the area and around the city there are many choices for good and not expensive BF, lunch and dinner.
