There's a few reviews already about this. I came to the hotel at 2pm which was the time i was told i would get check in information. It was a slow response from the WhatsApp number that eventually indicated that he'd give me the information at 3pm as that's the check in time. I waited until 310pm with another guest in the same predicament as me until we got information. I went to the room and my conclusion it was not well cleaned. Trash was still in the cans. And the towels were used. I did complain and was "upgraded" to a different suite. The suite was bigger and arguably nicer. However there wasn't a toilet seat on the toilet. I brought that to the attention of the whatsapp number and they said they'd replace it. 4 days later and no further help or response from the whatsapp number and I left. As a creepy thing whenever the sink filled up. The drain in the middle of the bathroom would bubble up warm water. I was worried the toilet would do the same.
The hotel is actually decent. However near neglectful service from the staff. I am grateful they upgraded me though. And I got to exercise those squat muscles :)

While the place has the potential due to its location, many advertised notes about it were incorrect. It advertised an easy check in and out while actually there is no one at the so called reception area. The main entrance door is supposed to be locked and in fact it is widely open and with no one guarding the entrance it feel quite unsafe. In fact I was approached by 6 Serbian men while waiting to the elevator looking for a place to sleep. I felt vey uncomfortable with them being inside the building. As for the unit we got; it advertised as having “a kitchenette “. We found that “kitchenette” is few plates and utensils on top of a small refrigerator and an electric kettle. Nothing else; not even a sink to wash the dishes. Also, there was only one chair in a unit was intended for a family. Not to mention that the TV while big didn’t work. We couldn’t ask for any help because the 2 phone numbers mentioned in the acceptance email didn’t respond to our calls and later we found out that they are incorrect and there is another number to call. In summary: a wrong advertising caused frustration when we met the real product. We are quite disappointed with this purchase

Due to the incorrect information (that there was a card in the key holder but it turned out that there was not a card; but the door worked with a e-code) provided by the host, I had a problem in checking in for a long time and it was not possible to contact him/her through the phone numbers s/he provided.
What is more, rather than saying sorry once, s/he blamed hotels.com, and provided a new number saying I can contact him/her there, while not explaining why the two numbers s/he had already provided did not work after all... worst management experiences ever.

Important to know for some- there is no staff at the property. I wish I had known this before booking. We arrived and thankfully an electrician was present, working on the wi-fi. He let us in and called the manager for us. We booked a 4 person family suite, and didn’t get the room the first night. After reaching out 3x because the shower was backing up, we were moved to the family suite we booked. The rooms are up to date, and the only issue with the actual room was the shower. To get down to the strip/square you walk for about 10 minutes through some dark side streets, but no one ever bothered us.

Am Rande des Laladika Viertels gelegen ist man rasch an allen Ecken der Stadt; Allerdings hört man durch die Fenster fast jedes Gespräch auf der Straße und natürlich auch die nächtliche Müllabfuhr.
Die Ausstattung der Kitchenette ist verbesserungswürdig (ein Topf, eine Pfanne für ein kleines mobiles Kochfeld, je 2 Gabeln, Messer, Löffel, Teller und Gläser, ein Plastikbrett, 3 Tassen.) - wenn mans aber weiß, ist es ausreichend.
Kommunikation war unter aller Sau, auf keine einzige meiner Nachrichten kam eine Antwort, eine besetzte Rezeption hätte ich in der ganzen Woche nicht gesehen!
Für uns selbst war das Glück, dass gerade die (superliebe und hilfsbereite!!) Dame, welche die Zimmer reinigt und vorbereitet, gehen wollte und für uns telefoniert hat und uns die Zugangsdaten gab.
Andere Gäste hatten im Laufe der Woche nicht so viel Glück.
Bitte DRINGEND! verbessern, dann könnte man dieses Haus ohne schlechtes Gewissen weiterempfehlen, so aber nicht!
