Comfortable, beautiful, and clean Airbnb.

A beautiful apartment with all the comforts in the kitchen, a new bathroom, and a large, comfortable bed (to clarify, not a Greek-style bed which is usually a small double). The condominium is not perfect but is still in order. Apartment on a high floor with a view and a quiet street.

Unprofessional management

Management of this hotel has been terrible. I had to move my booking due to medical illness, I had a responsed from a person call Sofia outside the Booking platform. She never follow up on my request. I decided to cancel but no response even when I called the from UK, I had to used Booking Customer Services to get a confirmation of the cancellation. Really unprofessional service for a 4 stars hotel. I wouldn't stay there.

Get away!

Terrible building under construction.
No front desk, no reception, rooms for other jobs.
Elevator unacceptable, we ran away.
We lost 52 euros.
A stable is more sympathetic.
I haven't answered such a mess, just shame!
Don't come near!

Scam

This is the worst experience of my life. Natali cancelled our reservation 2 days before New Years saying “they had a problem with water and had to cancel all reservations” leaving us with nowhere to go. We had to cancel all our plans and not go to Thessaloniki because we had NOWHERE to go. And when I asked for proof that she cancelled all other reservations she didn’t provide any. When I asked for her Boss, she said he is on an airplane, later she said he will call me now, and he never called. Now it’s a day before New Years and we still have no place to go.
The most unprofessional staff ever. Also I knew the girl was lying, the water is working just fine, but anyways. Don’t give money to these unfair people, they don’t deserve your money.

Clean, central and beautiful

Honestly, I cannot understand the previous rating of “1”.
Very nice room (11) with balcony.
Minimalist, tasteful and above all clean.
It's a bit clairvoyant and the elevator is a bit small but otherwise I couldn't name anything negative.
Thanks to the Paradox team
