Clean room, but some kitchen things were missing, there was only one wine glass and one brekfast bowl etc. We were 3 persons and it wasnt enought plates and glasses for us. There was no brush to fix the sand we brought in ( there was a brush last year and full equipment in the kitchen) . It was only sheets in the beds, no blankets or covers.
We like this hotell and will come back but last years visit was better than this year

Soho Residence was a bit tricky to find by Bus as people were confusing Katerinis with Katerini which is another city altogether. The apartment was a short walk from the Bus stop, passing the One Salonika Mall which has lots of shops and food courts. The area surrounding the apartments looks shabby/ run down, but we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The Door handle/ key code seemed a bit fiddly at first, but we got the hang of it. The apartment was clean, AC wasn’t turned on, so it was very warm initially. It didn’t take long for the AC to cool the room, as the weather was hot. There was a Double bed and a Sofa although we had booked for 3 Adults. My Daughter had to sleep on the Sofa which wasn’t very comfortable. We had assumed it would be a Sofa bed, but it wasn’t. This would be more suitable for 2 Adults and a Child. The pictures show a partition screen between the Double Bed and the Sofa but there wasn’t any in the property so not much privacy. The Bathroom door handle fell out at the slightest touch, but this was repaired as soon as I informed the Agency. The cleaners didn’t change bedsheets, towels but we were able to get spares when they came around most days to clean the empty rooms. The apartment has most of the basic amenities including free Wi-Fi and good public transport to the City Centre. The Agency were quick to respond to any queries which was very helpful. On the whole, would recommend this apartment if you are visiting Thessaloniki for a few days.

Very clean and modern apartment with all equipments you need. Stores and local bars close to it. Perfect for a small family

The property itself is fabulous. However it is located in a quite shabby neighborhood. I had no trouble while I was there, but it didn’t seem particularly nice and safe. I loved the property itself.
