Golden Beach Hotel/Suites for the first time and we were not disappointed.
The family suite was open with a front balcony overlooking the ocean and each room had its own smaller balcony.

In front of the hotel is the beach with beds and umbrellas, staffed by the hotel.
The young staff were kind, respectful and a joy to talk with. I can’t fault them.
The hotel has its own restaurant in front where you can get a coffee, cocktails, snacks or dinner.
You have to try the house special White Chocolate Mouse with home made pastry and mastic (mastixa)
Insane!!!!!
It’s only 2kms from the town centre but far enough away to be peaceful.
Hope to be back next summer.

Disappointing experience – I do not recommend
We booked a room at the hotel, but because we arrived a little later (after 2 pm) as we went first for dinner, we had already canceled the reservation without any notice. The service was inexistent and the behavior of the staff unacceptable – neither did they try to serve us or find a solution. The overall picture was very bad. From us, zero. I do not recommend it under any circumstances.

Beach taverna WAY overpriced!!!!!
We’ve been travelling for 4 weeks around the islands and have just arrived on Tinos. This was our first meal on the island and was WAY overpriced!!!!! We shared a Greek salad, two bowls of vegetarian pasta, one beer, 250ml white wine and the bill came to EUR58!!!!! Unbelievable. Avoid.
