The hotels were luxurious, the rooms were also clean Maria at the reception was fantasticly helpful and polite. The only shortcoming might be that the room didn't have air conditioning.

How do hotels get the stars?

Plus: very helpful receptionist, good breakfast.
Except: No sound insulation. The first room practically no heating, the second room (we changed after our protest) rabbit hole.
Very dark hallways, risk of accident.
Many stairs, not served by elevator and are poorly illuminated.

Amazing!

Excellent receptionist, hospitality, excellent breakfast, reasonable bar prices, cleanliness and very friendly staff!!! I would highly recommend it.

A gem in Arcadia!

I’ve visited this charming 4-star hotel, several times over the last 15 years -for personal and business related travel- and can confidently say that it deserves every bit of a 5-star review! Located in the heart of Vytina, a picturesque mountain village, the location is ideal for exploring the stunning Arcadia region. It is walking distance from great tavernas, shops & Cafes making it a perfect base for both food experiences and nature walks.
What I particularly like about this hotel:
- The tasteful decor featuring beautiful art that adds character & charm.
- The Breakfast with local delicacies: The tasty cheese and cream pie are must-tries!
- The staff goes above and beyond, providing service that makes you feel right at home.
- The outdoor pool, great to cool down during the summer months.
- The Pan bar which features a cozy fireplace, making it a great place to relax and enjoy drinks after a long day.
- also great for corporate retreats- meetings: They have a large room with a fireplace, beautifully decorated, where you can hold meetings.
Overall, this hotel combines great location, superb food, an inviting ambiance with stellar customer service. I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Arcadia region while enjoying a relaxing stay! I will undoubtedly return!

Very bad service!

In the interior of the hotel a pet (cat) moves unhindered without any control or supervision, which in no case are we obliged to tolerate, especially for hygiene reasons!! I spoke kindly and in a good mood to the girl at the reception on the subject, who approached me with an ironic style saying that she would do her best to “limit” it! Indeed, he had the courage to tell me that I should not worry because he does not go up to the beds of the rooms and does not appear in the room for breakfast because he can not get a lot of people!!! What else will we hear!! It has not been half an hour since our conversation .. and I see the cat round sitting in the chairs of the space served for breakfast!!!! The ridicule in all its glory!!!!!! I sincerely regret all the behavior and treatment from the staff of a hotel that wants to be called 4 stars!!
