Top-Tier Hospitality and Breathtaking Views
My stay at Villa Kaya was truly exceptional from start to finish. The customer service was top-tier, with staff who were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. The breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared, and a great way to start each day. The views were breathtaking, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that made the experience even more enjoyable.
What stood out most was the wonderful staff, whose professionalism and warm hospitality made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The villa was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered the perfect setting for rest and relaxation. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway, and I would gladly stay here again.

Villa Kaya is home away from home! This was our first time in Grenada and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay - it truly was paradise. Villa Kaya has all the charm - it’s beautiful, clean, easy to get around from and the staff (now friends!) are out of this world. I cannot recommend staying here enough - you’ll leave already planning your trip back! Special shout out to; Nordia, our friendly host for always being around to chat and laugh with; Agatha, for the warmest good morning and a lovely breakfast every day; and Kelen, for being the smiliest face around!!!

Wonderful stay! Very boutique and intimate. Super relaxing, clean. Staff is attentive and professional. The rooms are incredible, bed is comfortable and the view from the room was out of this world. Loved direct access to the water along with snorkel gear. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Total bliss, from the moment you arrive and sit under the pergola in the middle of a lush green garden for chech-in, to getting to your large beautiful room and looking out over the turquoise ocean. There‘s a cool beach with little restaurants 5 min away, if you ever want to leave your room!

A slice of paradise
We loved our stay at Villa Kaya. With only 5 rooms, it feels personal and you get to know the staff well. The pool is tiny but the beach is a quick walk away. I liked the deck most of all where we liked to sit in the afternoon or evening. There are steps from the deck into the water. We didn't use the communal living area with the games and the tv. There are two restaurants super-close: Brisa Mar and La Plywood.
We were there for 11 nights and every morning we ate breakfast with two different couples who became friends. Our room was Driftwood which was huge with direct access from the street to the room and a fabulous view of the beach and the bay. We used the kitchenette quite a bit as there was a good supermarket nearby. We took our own Aeropress coffee pot because the room only had instant coffee sachets but there was fresh coffee at breakfast.
We hired a car for the whole trip which meant we were able to explore the island fully and pop to the supermarket or restaurants easily. Otherwise, taxis are easy to use with the HAYLUP app.
I should point out that there are times when the music from beach bars is SO loud, especially over the weekend, and that's really annoying. It was also Grenada's Independence Day while we were there so there were extra celebrations but that was special . The music is definitely not a reason to avoid Villa Kaya but just be prepared.
We definitely fell in love with Grenada and its people and Villa Kaya was the icing on the cake.
