The staff and apartments were outstanding. Especially Kristine stood out with her kindness and willingness to help. The only reason I rated the apartments as 4 and not 5 stars, is that they actually are shared which is not obvious from the booking website. Each unit seems to have 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 singles), and you share the rest of the apartment with other guests. The indicator on the website was the "sleeps 8" comment, that I found surprising but did not investigate further. I was under the impression that I was renting a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen, bathroom and living area. Uur unit companions were equally surprised to see other residents, so it was not only us who missed that aspect. At 60+, I'm not exactly keen on sharing a bathroom with strangers. We were lucky and had great and respectful room mates, but I could easily see this as being a source of contention. So it's more like a very nice hostel than a rental apartment. Also, the manager walked into our unit twice with her key, without even knocking - unacceptable behavior.

Family Vacation
We had an amazing stay at Tuukkaq Apartments during our family vacation in Nuuk, Greenland. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. If you’re looking for comfortable accommodation in Nuuk with the flexibility of a self- catering apartment, this is the perfect choice. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Greenland.

They have everything. Clean room, good beds, close to airport, close to mountain, kitchen, washing place. All you need. Can really recommend this hotel. 5/5

Fresh room in a new building. Good bed. Good cleaning. I can strongly recommend this place.

Very helpful staff. Clean common area in kitchen and bathroom. Will stay again if in Nuuk. Walking distance to 2 supermarket and bus station to town. Close to the airport.
