pThe DAM Hotel is located in the very center of the capital of Abkhazia, on the Black Sea coast.Sukhum, 20 meters from the beach, within walking distance of cultural and entertainment venues, the Russian Drama Theater, the Abkhazian State Drama Theater, the seaport, restaurants, coffee shops, shops and the market. The hotel has 14 guest rooms located on the second floor of the building, seven of which offer a breathtaking seascape from the windows and balconies, the remaining seven rooms overlook the pool/city/mountains. The service price includes: accommodation, wi-fi internet, bottled water upon check-in, continental breakfast, outdoor heated pool (open only in summer). Pets are not allowed. All rooms are equipped with cable TV, a split system, a minibar, a kettle, a private bathroom with a shower, and a 4-bed apartment has a shower and a bathtub. Each category includes: toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, soap, dental kits), hair dryer, towels (bath towels, face and hands, foot mats, and beach towels), bathrobes, clothes dryer, slippers, horn, shoe sponge. In case of a power outage or water supply, the hotel has its own diesel generator and storage tanks with water. The hotel is suitable for both year-round family holidays and business trips. Working period: all year round. Check-out time: Check–out - before 11:00; Check–in starts at 15:00. The recently opened 50-meter (seasonal) sports pool with a massage room has become the pride of our organization. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a restaurant, a summer veranda and a comfortable conference room with an impressive view of the sea. Every morning from 08:30 to 11:00 we invite guests for breakfast. No guest will remain indifferent to the varied menu, which includes Abkhazian, European and Japanese cuisines, as well as a childrens menu.
