Paris Feels with 5 Star Hospitality!

The apartment is so spacious! We booked the place through Booking.com for 5 nights, the owner has been very responsive and helpful.
The rooms are clean with complete amenities! The Kitchen is minimalist, classy and functioning so well - we cook our food most of our stay.
When we arrived, we were welcome so warmly, showed us the apartment and brief us with everything we needed to know - WIFI, kitchen equipment, remote controls, etc.
They can clean the room daily especially if you're staying longer days just let them know when is the best time to come at the apartment.
The area of the apartment is accessible to everything. We enjoyed walking around when not on tour trips! :)
This place is one of the places in Tbilisi where you won't have to worry about language barrier and hospitality. Highly recommended!

The clean was ok , but there was a lot of ants .
We could not leave any food outside of fridge

We had a lovely stay at Apartment Dat Exx on the Marjanishvili. The location is excellent — right in the heart of New Tbilisi, surrounded by shops, supermarkets, and all essential services. The area felt very safe and convenient for walking around the city.
The owner and her team were incredibly kind and helpful. They went out of their way to store our luggage safely after checkout until 7 PM, which we appreciated.
The only downside was the lack of an elevator in the building. Although the apartment is on the first floor, the number of stairs made it difficult to carry our luggage in and out. Installing an elevator would greatly improve the experience for future guests.
Overall, a great stay with wonderful hospitality in a prime location.

Clean, spacious apartment in the middle of the city. Fully renovated and equipped with everything you need. Views to the city. Stores all around that work till late. The building itself is charming and beautiful on the outside but crumbly old on the inside with an elevator that was added on later on that stop between floors and can fit in only up to 3 people. If you don’t mind that the place is perfect otherwise for families for a short or an extended stay.
