a very centrally friendly hotel

We had a couple of nights there . The location was perfect as we were able to walk o quite a number of places, mainly the Holy Trinity church just up the hill. It was very animated when we got there on a Sunday night and the staff were very welcoming, changed the shower head which was not working properly while we were having dinner across the road.
We enjoyed the patio where we spent some time reading and working out what we were going to do as well as the local atmosphere walking down the street.The lovely restaurant opposite has a rooftop eating area from where there is a wonderful view of Tbilisi lit up at night with music and excellent Georgian food

Perfect hotel for travelers with budget constraints!

The hotel staff is really helpful. I booked this hotel before my arrival to Tbilisi and I had no idea how the place is going to be; however experience turned out to be great. The hotel is nearby the metro station and also 20 mins of walking from center of city.

Nice stay in Georgia

Lotus hotel was chosen because of recommendations on TripAdvisor. We had standard room for two. It was nice staying, hospitable staff who helped on every issue. Breakfast was nice in Georgian style.  Room was on the 2d floor, small one but if you're just staying at night there and spend your time walking around the city, it's ok. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Holy Trinity Cathedral or Sameba.
For extra payment you can order transfer to/from the airport.

Excellent Hotel !

We spend one week into this hotel with all the family, and it was the best experience we had so far ! The people are really kind, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Thank you very much for this exceptional week.

Good value

The hotel is conveniently located about 10-15 minutes walk from the old town.
There are stores and restaurants nearby in case you need something.
You are offered discounts on transport and airport transfer when you stay there, which may be practical.
Rooms are ok albeit a bit small. The rooms are clean and changed daily. We were struggling a bit with the AC not being able to fully cool the room, but that's probably mostly for the hottest days.
The staff is helpful and speak English. Sometimes things do not seem to be fully organised, but all worked out for us in the end.
Breakfast is generous with a very positive and engaging cook to serve up local treats.
