The hotel is very comfortable and has a great water park, which the kids love.

Water park is rundown and needs serious upgrades

This review is for the water park only as we stayed in a different hotel. We spent 6hrs here with family of 4 - 2 kids 14,12 yrs old.
Firstly the water park has some good stuff, the lazy river with the floaters is fun, at 360m it’s long and fun. The wave pool should be fun but was broken when we got there. Some of the water slides - the ones with floaters are fun - especially the 2-3 person ones are good. But in general the water park is quite rundown, dirty and some things are quite bad. Some of the mats for slides are ratty torn and need replacements. The worse thing tho is wild chickens, they are looking for food scraps and defecate around the seats - I had the pleasure of steeping in chicken poo…. It what I expected at a water park. The park needs work, could be amazing

The hotel is going through a refurbishment. Once finished, no doubt this would be a proper 4 star (or more) again. Now, it was clean enough and staff is very friendly. We spent most of our time exploring the island by rental car.

The room was subpar. It did the job of somewhere to sleep. The tub felt as if you were going to fall through and was not attached to the wall. There was a trundle bed under the bed that you could not use otherwise a charge of $55 would be added even though the bed was already there. The private beach was not usable due to being under construction. The waterpark was decent.The staff was fantastic, along with the morning buffet breakfast. I would chose somewhere else next time.

Beautiful ocean front balcony room. Just outdated. The water pressure keeps on changing and you hear a noise when changing water temperature. The balcony and outside building needs pressure wash.
