Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel feels a bit dated, but it's well maintained and provides a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the view from the balcony. It was absolutely stunning and truly made me fall in love with Guam.
The TV in my room wasn't working properly, but since I rarely watch TV, it didn't affect my stay. One thing to note is that the hotel has a beachside barbecue area, so guests staying on the lower floors may occasionally notice a faint barbecue smell.
Overall, if you're looking for a relaxing vacation with beautiful ocean views, this hotel is still a great choice.

The best thing about this hotel was only the check-in. The staff was friendly and prompt.
Once we got to our room. It was all downhill. The room was dirty. There was bugs. The shampoo and conditioner were disgusting stains on the carpet stains on the bedding ants everywhere in the room. I called down to get iron and ironing board and it took over an hour and a half to deliver, couldn’t use it because we had to leave- wrinkles and all.
No lids for the cups, no ice in the ice machine. Water bottles were dirty looking. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

I chose Nikko Hotel Guam to watch fireworks on Tumon for the LIberation Day event thinking that it could be viewed from my room balcony. Unfortunately, the sliding door to the balcony was shut tight. I informed the front desk and they assured me that someone will come up to assist us in opening the door. As it turned out, the sliding door could not be opened. It was a wasted effort and I was not able to view the fireworks after all. Other than the rest of my stay, it was great: friendly, helpful staff, and restful night.

Beautiful location, fancy, airy and open hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was nice…very clean. Great view of Tumon Bay. The breakfast was outstanding with all you could eat. I really enjoyed my stay.

The smell was horrible. The pool was under maintenance. The facility was hot. The carpets were dirty. It’s an affordable hotel if you don’t mind roaches.
