Great hotel

Were part of a group trip for one night at Kawilal Hotel.
Location / complex:
The hotel complex resembles a security wing, which probably has its reasons. We were just outside the complex on the lake (5-10 minutes walk). Here there are some simple restaurants and shopping. We were here about 5:30 p.m., some had already closed and most of the pubs obviously served to enjoy plenty of beer. A relaxed dinner might be better served at the hotel.
The outdoor spa / thermal bath area is fantastic & very nicely designed, here you can bathe under guidance (time specifications) in differently temperature-controlled pools and there is also an excellent smoothie. Really a great experience.
Rooms: had rooms No. 6 with balcony. The access to the rooms there are archipelago-like, the rooms are "set into" the grounds, the whole thing somewhat in the direction of "brutalist" architecture; at least decidedly successful. The modern designed rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms, all top equipped, refrigerator and safe available. Truly international 4-5 star level. Balcony with seating.
Restaurant: a bit too clean for our terms, but a matter of taste. Food was top quality, prices OK, the beer relative to expensive. Service sympathetic, a bit slow, we were however also 16 people with 9 different bills;-)
Breakfast: absolute top class, á la carte.
Clear recommendation, you should allow enough time for the spa.

It was confortable but there was not an air conditioner and the day was a little bit hot ...I went for rest and in the morning there was a lot of noise from the street and I can hear everything...I will go back but just for the spa...the spa was incredible a 10/10

Rich hot springs, bed linens, and towels need to be replaced

Nice room and delicious food in the restaurant...the jacuzzi and hotel pool are very good...very good massages...however, the hotel needs to replace all the bed linens and towels...another complaint is that we requested breakfast boxes because our flight was leaving early in the morning, but only my friends received theirs...I did not get mine, even though I asked for it the night before and they confirmed that everything was prepared.
The food in the hotel restaurant was very good...the steak was very flavorful and the beef broth had a very novel presentation. In the bowl, there were pieces of grilled steak and vegetables...and the waiter poured the hot broth into the bowl.

Great place to spend some family vacations. Good staff, really good breakfast option. The food (lunch and dinner) a little bit expensive.

Amazing SPA, great service. Sauna and pools with different temperatures are so relaxing
