Conakry short visit

Very close to the Conakry port is this hotel built by chinese and mainly accommodating chinese coming in Guinee for work and business. There is separate Chinese cuisine and at reception one can always find chineae for assisting there people.
The staff is nice and helpfull. Hotel is very clean and well maintained.
Room size are quite good

Very mediocre while he has everything to be good

Beautiful building in the center of the Chinese business district. The rooms at least the luxury ones are really well designed but nothing has been done since the opening ten years ago and the rooms are covered with stains, damaged furniture, torn curtains etc. As everything is breathless, you must always call a technician: they are Guinean, very kind and intervene quickly. We wonder what the manager of this hotel is doing? maybe he prefers to stay in China? and I who have often been in China, the luxury hotel there is excellent on every point.
A good part of the staff is Chinese and while few people are so good at foreign languages, practically none speak either French or English, besides they all make mouths and are hyper unpleasant. The Guinean staff is much more friendly but we quickly realize that they do not have any autonomy unless they refer to one of their "masters": sad.
Regarding the restaurant a restaurant resembling a huge station hall with mediocre buffets and which never change. On the 1st floor a Chinese restaurant as big but better decorated, quite good but sinister (I was the only customer) and more refusing to put the bill on the hotel bill.

Check in took too long because only one person working. Disgustingly dirty and smelly room. Hair everywhere in the bathroom. It obviously had not been cleaned and the non-smoking policy is not enforced. Food is bad, service in the restaurant is slow for dinner, and you are lucky if you get half of the items you order. Breakfast is just dangerous. Nothing there looked edible at all.

Horrible, don't go!

Horrible hotel, don't go! Terrible attendance. The staff are very rude, rude and rude.
The rooms have a musty smell (we were 8 people), no towels and no possibility of regulating the air conditioning
A colleague stayed in a room at 27 degrees and it took two days to fix it.
The dinner buffet is expensive and very bad.
Additionally, they placed snack notes in our rooms that were not ours.
