The hotel is beautiful, staff very nice, pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean, the food is good

Problems with the manager

The hotel is OK, but it's very expensive for what it really is. The wi-fi doesn't even work for example, but at least the beds are comfortable. The food is OK and the personnel is very helpful, maybe that's the best thing the hotel has. They have to improve some things of course, but the worst thing is the owner. We made a deal at first for some months, the day after the deal he changed the rules and told me that I had no other choices and I had to accept it (US$ 200 extra). When I left the hotel I had to pay all month, even when I just slept a week there, I asked him for some money back and all that he said was "that's not my problem". As I could see, all that matters to him is money instead of his guests.
