Negative experience: rudeness

I booked -due to a mishap with the ferry- on this Pension.
A quarter of an hour later I cancelled it and I was not refunded anything despite pointing out my problem and despite apologizing -although the circumstance was not up to me-.
I will definitely not consider it in the future should I happen to go to Dugi Otok again.

Thieves

Rooms are fine, only they steal all the stuff you leave behind. Left an expensive pair of headphones behind and it turned out they were thrown away because they thought they were broken. Also, the Owner is not customer friendly.........

Run, run away.

Bad, bad, bad...slow, unfrendly stuff.
Tabble not ready, food...the badest food I eat. Cold meat, just warm potatoes.
At least the beer was hot... excuse...they sold all cold beer. Hello...and your fridger is empty.
Lazy, ignorant...

The service is terrible...

The service is terrible....We have waited for coffee for 20 minutes, and then they brought the wrong order...prices for that kind of services are to high. This is the first and last time that we will visit this bar

Bad service, high prices

It is clear that have a sort of monopoly since they are the only place serving all ferry travellers there. So too high prices and bad service is unfortunately kind of expected. However, they can at least provide basics - like having the toilet paper in toilets for this price. It is not that they run out (since we were one of the first guests in the morning this time), they simply do not care since it is never there.
