Splendid time in a beautiful place

My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, with most major attractions and places of interest only about 15 minutes away by bus or car, making it very convenient to get around.
The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, so there was something for everyone every morning.
Our room was always clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay.
What truly made our visit special was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff.
Everyone was kind, professional, and always happy to help with anything we needed.
Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
One must thing to do are the massages and you can book them at the hotel receotion, they are absolutely amazing, truly bring you back to life after a long day.
I highly recommend treating yourself to one!
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place with a great location, excellent breakfast, and outstanding service. We would be happy to stay here again.

Nice and modern Hotel

Very nice hotel, new and modern. Parking is free. Location is great. Staff super helpful. Great breakfast each morning! A perfect stay for Dubrovnik.

Not a good hotel.

Awful breakfast, rooms are unfinished and terrible!
I would not recommend this hotel at all. It is not good value for money.

Overall best value compared to hotels nearby

Great place to be in the center of Dubrovnik, we had an outstanding room with a view over the marina bridge. Just down the road from the hotel there is a bay with a promenade leading to the old town. Bus stop in front of d elegant hotel is convenient to reach old city in 10 mintes. Hotel itself is very solid with good breakfast to carry you to dinner. After all, the big pro for this place is a good price and great value compared to other hotels nearby.

AWFUL

We just left after 2 nights in this hotel, supposedly 4 stars, we stayed in one of the apartments, quite large for 4 people (2 children). Yesterday afternoon we requested assistance for the lack of hot water, they came to see what the problem was and told us to wait. We waited about 3-4 hours, no one showed up, even after reminders. We all took showers with cold water (including 5-year-old children). The manager this morning, by the way very rude and inadequate for his role, said he could do nothing for us. He could not provide a relevant answer to the question of why no one cared to resolve our issue, they didn't even offer to change our accommodation. Aside from the obvious discomfort (cold water and we also lost the money related to the activity bookings we should have done on time), I emphasize the absolute indifference towards the customer, in this case a family with children. A manager of a 4-star hotel who can do nothing to resolve a hot water issue in an apartment has never been seen, just as the shadow of a technician or something similar has never been seen. They simply left us there to solve it on our own. HIGHLY DISCOURAGED.
