Great find with Incredible Views

This was a hidden gem! The location was very convenient to the Old Town Pile Gate and Fort Lovrijenac. The room was very quiet and we loved being able to hear the ocean waves and feel the breeze by opening the windows in our room. The room was very spacious, modern, and very clean. They always have fruit, snacks, and drinks available at any time during that day, all complimentary. Nina & Andrea were great hosts and always made sure we were taken care of.

A gem! A real find in the bustle of the Old City

Amazing gem. Lovely room. Incredibly quiet while steps from the Pile Gate. So convenient. Andrea and Nina made our stay a delight. It’s like being in your own private villa. Incredibly clean and great little self serve cafe / snack bar. A true gem!

Wow! 100% recommended!! Steps away from the old town but away from the bustle.

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Only a few minutes away from the old town but so peaceful with a gorgeous sea view. Our room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and had tons of storage. The fresh flowers in the hall were a lovely touch.
I would highly recommend staying here! (As long as you can carry your suitcase up the stairs.)
The food selection was minimal but enough for a bit of a snack.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The communal patio was a lovely place to hang out.

Quiet oasis steps from the Old Town!

Wow! Highlight stay of our Dalmatian coast visit! The location is unmatched- gorgeous view of the bay and St Lawrence fort while maintaining a quiet oasis feel just 1 min from the Old City Walls. The King Sea View room was spacious and luxurious with a large bathroom and excellent pressure in the shower. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The communal area with complimentary coffee, juices, bottled water, breakfast items, and snacks was a nice surprise. I would 100% recommend Sea Rocks Residence to anyone spending time in Dubrovnik.

Amazing boutique hotel right near the pile gate. Room with sea views very spacious and luxurious. Nicolina was attentive and friendly and provided exceptional customer service. Perfect for a romantic stay in the old town.
